> 3 dayGun worked fine but upon cleaning I noticed a crack in the fluid joint. When I tried to remove the fluid joint for cleaning it would not budge. Likely cracked due to over torquing during assembly. Never seen this happen in 30 years. Ordered another.

> 3 dayI bought my TCP Global Professional Gravity Feed HVLP Spray Gun with a 2.0mm Fluid Tip, 1 Liter Aluminum Cup and Air Regulator because I was tired of having to buy a gun for each size nozzle. You can change nozzle sizes in airless paint sprayers why not HVLP guns. TCI Global sells other size nozzle kits that will fit this gun. I bought a TCP Global 2.5 Needle,Nozzle, Air Cap Set for The G6600 Series Spray Gun and it works great in this gun. I just wish the would sell the guns with multiple size nozzles.

> 3 dayThis is my 3rd Aeropro (TCP GLOBAL) gun that I bought and use. I have a 1.3mm, 2.5mm, and now this 1.4mm. All work very well. This one, the 1.4mm sprays down the base very well. In order to minimize any orange peel you just need to be a little further away from the panel and move fairly quickly across it as well. Im spraying at 2 bar. Product Im spraying is Valspar auto paint. I can honestly say that these guns work very well for the price you pay. Good results come from good technique. The guns spray just fine. If you are having issues, practice more with finding the right settings for what YOU are spraying with. All materials sprayed need to have their own settings. There is no Universal one setting works for everything. Different thickness, different consistency requires you to find the best air flow /fluid flow settings.

> 3 dayWhen remodeling my house I found a beautiful metallic brown paint from Home Depotfor my living room accent wall. But the specialized roller would leave a least one streak.I went through several gallons of paint to get it right. Home Depot advised me to try using a HVLP sprayer. So I went to Harbor Freight to save some money and bought a Hvlp spayer and that didnt come out looking right. I was thena dvised to rent a commercial sprayer. Well that $120 afternoon rental made the job very quicik n easy but gave the same look as the Harbor Freight Hvlp sprayer gave. I was about to give up but I was checking out Professional Sprayers for Automotive painters and then learned about larger diameter sprayers for metal flake. Those sprayers cost hundreds of dollars and lve spent way to much money already for just one 20 foot living room wall. So I looked on the internet for the lowest priced large diameter metal flake sprayer and found this one Amazon. Well low and behold it work marvelously. It worked so good that sprayed on 3 coats of clear coat on top of it for easy washing and also because they discontinued the paint due to its difficult usability 10 years later the wall is still looks as good ever and it continues to get complements from most of the my visitors who see it. Ive painted many more wall with it over the years. You can purchase different diameters but I only needed the one came with. It lays down non- metallic paint thick enough for 1 and done coats with out running. Its a great bargain and will purchase again because I lost the screw adjustment being to hasty cleaning and transporting. Thats the only problem I ever had with it.

> 3 dayWOW for the money this gun is great. Iv used the 3.0mm gun as of now to lay down 1+ gal of gelcoat (took four application), and in the last two weeks I have used the gun to lay down 7 gal of laytex paint in one of my rental properties. I did not plan to use the gun for this application but it works great. PRO: the gun is easy to use, well balance, good value for the money, comes with just about everything you need. easy to clean. simple to adjust. tight fitting cap, no leaks CON: regulator sucks, throw it away the cap, needs a handle to make it easy to remove gun does not come with a stand no valve to close off the material in the cup to the gun no extra seals. the removal tools is starting to strip. in short would I buy this gun again. yes I would. its well worth the money! you should buy or build a stand for the gun, and better cleaning brushes. Edit, added pics of some items that been sprayed with gun After running dozens gallons of material a seal inside the gun finally blew.. also like to update cons and pros The CUP size is way to big for some project and will not fit gun in some areas and if you spraying gelcoat, epoxy or resin where you have to do a full clean out between each spray, sometimes several times a day.. the cup is the most expensive to clean out, will spend more money on acetone on cleaning out the large cup then the rest of gun. Be nice if they made a cup half that size to fit. Sadly they do not.
