Built a coffee table out of butcher block and these legs worked great.

I got this product because I had a slice of a tree trunk I want to use as a table and these things worked great for it!!

These legs are exactly what I wanted and I got exactly what I was hoping for! I had a 2-cube storage shelf sitting around and it occurred to me how much better it might look if I used it horizontally and gave it some small hairpin legs. Its a great nightstand now and Im happy I was able to find the right size I wanted. Legs are sturdy. I didnt need them cause I have carpet, but they did come with rubber parts to protect your floor.

Im a professional carpenter and I think these legs are perfectly acceptable. Sturdy, nicely finished, plenty of mounting holes on the substantial mounting surface. The supplied screws are large diameter and require the installer to pre-drill the wood they are attaching the legs to. They are best driven with a #3 phillips bit not a #2. The screws were almost too long for a standard 3/4 inch wood top but didnt penetrate the finished surface or split the wood when driven with an impact driver into 1/8 inch pre-drilled holes in a glued up oak top. There are black plastic feet that snap onto the bottom of the steel legs, this prevents damage to flooring. I would buy them again.

Theres alot of different hairpin legs online. As far as what I could find here on Amazon, these are the best ones. They are noticeably more stable than others I have experimented with, which is great because im using them to support great slabs of rock. Also, they feel really smooth.

I ordered these hair pin legs to use with a vintage suitcase to make a side table. Boy did they do the trick and does my table look outstanding! The legs are excellent, top-notch quality, super sturdy and heavy. The screws that came with it are also of very good quality, and I was pleasantly surprised by the little bottom pieces that fit on to give the finished product a nice even sit on the floor without wobbling, as well as prevent the bottom part of the legs from scratching into your flooring. I cant recommend these highly enough!

THe screws furnished were too long and too fat (diameter) for the serving trays bottom which was only 5/8 thick. I had to purchase smaller fasteners. Other than that, the project went well.
