> 3 dayThese legs are exactly what I wanted and I got exactly what I was hoping for! I had a 2-cube storage shelf sitting around and it occurred to me how much better it might look if I used it horizontally and gave it some small hairpin legs. Its a great nightstand now and Im happy I was able to find the right size I wanted. Legs are sturdy. I didnt need them cause I have carpet, but they did come with rubber parts to protect your floor.

Greater than one weekI am using these to elevate some large front floor speakers in my home theater. The lift off the floor helps tighten my bass response and they give the speakers a cool retro look.

> 3 dayWe had a couple of live cut cross sections from some 70 year old trees near our house that we intended to do something with. Finally got around to it and sanded them down, stained them, and slapped some poly on them but didnt feel like making legs so we bought these. Cant beat the price and they get the job done. Ive got five more cross sections so well be picking up some more of these and giving them away as presents to family in the future, so well be buying them again. Didnt use them for finished, planed wood. Results may vary. For that price even if they came uneven Im sure wed just use some shims to even them out.

> 3 dayThere were minor imperfections (e.g., small scratches, tiny bits of the legs showing through the black paint, which I ordinarily would have overlooked) but otherwise, the legs were fine, sturdy, uniform, and they look good - pretty much as expected. Assembly would have been easy if the phillips-head screws that come with the legs werent so cheap! I tried attaching legs to an oak board using both, a power drill, and manually. In spite of pre-drilling holes for the screws, I stripped the first two, and of course had trouble getting them out. I then purchased stainless-steel screws to do the job, and it was easy - pretty much as expected. For the extra $0.25 it would have cost TE DEUM to provide decent screws, it cost an hour of my life Ill never recoup. No excuse!
