> 3 dayMight just be my particular laptop a Dell G15 5525, but every once in a while, when i rebooted my laptop or just started it up cold, the drive would not be detected by the bios. It didnt happen every time, just enough to be annoying, usually rebooting again the drive would show up, but didnt want to deal with the issue potentially getting worse so sent back for refund. When it did show up, there were no issues, and it seems fast for the price. My SKHynix drive that came with the laptop has no issues whatsoever. Was just trying to expand the storage since these laptops only have a single drive bay. Will wait for a better name brand.

> 3 daygreat price for a 1tb nvme WITH dram. Had a bit of a hiccup when cloning that caused me to have to completely reformat my drive and almost lose everything I had saved. Probably user error here but the lesson learned is DO NOT GET RID OF YOUR BACKUPS THINKING YOU WILL BE OK after successfully cloning drives. anything can go wrong even after you boot up once with everything looking ok. The drive itself seems solid though but only time will tell if its going to be better than the SN550 it replaced.

> 3 dayPaired this with Trotwei Blue NVMe M.2 PCIe Adapter, which is also available on Amazon, and tossed the pair into a Dell 5820 Tower workstation. As a test, I installed Windows 10 on it to see it all boot up and no problems. This Tower is to be used for a TrueNAS system, and I wanted a simple and fast boot unit without sacrificing one of the motherboards SATA slots. While this may all be overkill for a TrueNAS system, it IS FAST and stupidly making me smile. This NVME card and adapter paired nicely and works great for the price. And no, I did not need all 256GB, I kinda wish TeamGroup had a 64GB unit available. Then again, at this price, who cares?

> 3 day3111 read 2961 write. Open in windows after POST. Less than 5 seconds. I upgraded an Intel 600P. It is a new computer at an affordable price. And it has a life of 1,660 TBW. With my usage that is over 100 years. This is the best bang for buck upgrade I have ever done. Very competitive price. Mac Mini 2014 comments: I was so impressed with this drive in my Gigabyte Z170/Intel 6600 K computer that I decided to replace the NVMe drive in my Mac Mini. The main reason was the 1660 TBW spec. I read the question Will this work for an early 2015 MacBook Pro 13” ? The answer left me thinking it wouldnt work in a Mac. But with closer of the answer Unfortunately Apple uses a different interface that is similar but different from m.2. I realized that they were talking about the connector. Amazon sells an adapter for Mac NVMe replacement: M.2 NVME SSD Convert Adapter, 12+16pin M.2 NGFF M-Key SSD Convert Card for MacBook Air Pro Retina Mid 2013 2014 2015 2016 2017, NVME AHCI SSD Upgraded Kit for A1465 A1466 A1398 A1502. In the questions section for this adapter they said it would also work for my Mac Mini. I purchased the adaptor and a second M8FP4001T0C101. I installed it. When I powered it back on a message came up that the drive could not be read with a question how did I want to proceed? One of the answers was ignore. I then went Disk Utility. The drive was listed so I right clicked on the Disk Name and Mac OS asked me if I wanted to repair the disk. I clicked repair and bingo the drive was recognized. I erased it with an APFS volume format request and the drive worked. I restored the new drive from my back up. It works perfectly. There are limitations for the Mini because it only has two PCIe lanes and is limited to 5.0 GT/s. But I get 747 MBs write and 743 MBs read. This is a marked improvement from the 80 MBs stock HDD. Totally Satisfied!

> 3 dayLa velocidad es muchísima más que un ssd común, los programas abren muy rápido a la vez que el sistema. Es un plus muy bueno en estos nvme el tema de no necesitar cables. Solo conectar a la board y listo ayuda mucho a qué se vea más limpio el ensamble

> 3 dayI put these in the OWC 4M2 Thunderbolt box. I got 4x 4TB. I ultimately am using them in Raid5 (the lower number), but for kicks I ran a test as Raid0. Looks good enough to me. With them being used in raid configuration, I was more concerned about price and TBW, and I believe these 4tb sport 2400TBW. At any rate, its not like I have the money for an 8k or 12k cinema camera, so I think Im good.

> 3 dayI bought a refurb HP G2 800 mini desktop here on Amazon, dirt cheap really. It came with a really crappy 2.5 SATA SSD but it functions well, longevity will be another story. While looking under the drive cage I noticed an empty M.2 slot...woot! Off to Amazon I go. I have many Teamgroup 2.5 SATA SSDs in other computers and theyve been very reliable, so I decided to check out their MVMe offerings. The MP33 512 GB seemed to be the best choice in terms of price/performance in this slightly older refub mini desktop. Installation was a breeze. I partitioned it into equal halves and performed a clean install of Win 10 22H2 and Linux Mint 21.1 (dual boot). I nuked the crappy 2.5 SATA SSD and formatted it for storage only. The Teamgroup M.2 stays very cool at idle, but I did buy a slim copper cooling plate during times of heavy usage. Great speeds from this SSD on an i5 processor.

> 3 daySo far, the drive is working fast! I felt like $250 for a 4TB NVME was a steal, so I had to grab it, which finally allows me to replace my hard drives. Ive seen people talking about the drive running warm, but as far as my temps go, the max Ive seen is 39°C after transferring multiple drives to this one.
