Good product, good price. It makes me feel safer because I can turn my lights on and off when I’m away from home. This was my first smart plug and I’ll probably order more of these.

28-11-2024Could not get it to connect. Have an Amazon smart plug and it was not an issue to set that plug up. I guess this one is cheap.

> 3 dayI received 2 of these as a gift. I have a bunch of plugs from other manufacturers that pair and work reliably. These Tenda Beli plugs are not configurable. It takes forever for my phone to connect to them. Once connected, they never connect to my wifi so they are useless. Customer service is non-existent. They provide a toll free number to call, but no one is ever available. You can leave messages all day long and never get a return answer.

> 3 day2 work fine and the other 2 will not pair. If it was the WiFi why do 2 work perfectly fine

> 3 dayWorked with my Alexa, but only after my second try. The timer didn’t seem to work the way I had set it up. Overall, this worked for my needs & I was able to get it set up with Alexa on my wifi network without too many issues. Worth it for the lower price.

Greater than one weekWe built a patio in our back yard and needed a smart plug for the lights. I purchased this smart plug and has been pleased with it. The set up was straight forward and hassle free. It took me about 5 minutes to download the app and set up everything. The plug has been working so well for several weeks. I’d recommend this smart plug.

> 3 dayThese work, but I cannot get them to work with Alexa at all. I can control them from their own app, but only if I am within range of the same Wi-Fi network. No remote operation.
