I love this product! The bottle I got was an older version, which was kind of disappointing since I was hoping I would get the one pictured. I used to use Dickinsons witch hazel, but I stopped because I wasnt too crazy about the scent. That one had a VERY STRONG witch hazel smell and I believe it also had alcohol which is quite drying. The Thayers Rose Petal Witch Hazel formula is great. It like that it doesnt contain alcohol and that it doesnt have a strong witch hazel scent. Here are the ingredients: Purified Water, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (Certified Organic Filet Of Aloe Vera), Glycerin (Vegetable), Fragrance (Natural Rose), Hamamelis Virginiana Extract (made from Certified Organic Witch Hazel), Rosa Centifolia (Rose) Flower Water, Citric Acid, Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Seed Extract. The ingredients are really clean! No chemicals, yay! I like to apply this when I wake up in the morning and after cleansing my face at night. In the morning, I typically dont wash my face with cleanser, so this toner is a great way to make my face feel refreshed.

Smell great, but really cant tell a difference in my skin. It doesnt burn or anything like usual toners Ive used before. Probably will give away the second bottle I bought to a friend. Maybe they will amazing results.

Im in my early 50s and I suffered more acne in the last 2 years than I ever did as a teen. I have spent hundreds if not more between facials and expensive products for my face. Some of them seemed to work at first but then my face almost seemed worsted than before. My doctor even gave me antibiotics. I took them for a month and then stopped taking them. They helped but were never able to return my face and skin to normal. I suffered from a lot of deep acne along my jaw line. My nose and cheeks just hurt all the time. If I have to get up at night I grab a quick pad with Thayers and use it. My skin feels the same every day now. Soft and smooth but not oily. No flaking from dry skin. Break outs are less and when I do they are easy to deal with. My pores do seem smaller and I seem to have less blackheads. It smells wonderful to me. I have even had friends ask me what new perfume Im wearing because they love it. My youngest daughter who is 17 uses it all the time now also. She was having trouble with acne also but her face is clear now too. Iwe can both now go out with out make up and dont feel bad about our skin anymore. I have been using it for about 2 months now and my face and skin is significantly better. Acne 95% to 98% gone and breakouts less frequency. If I do break out I use several times a day and it dries them out quickly. Before I would big red lumps or welts under my skin that could take a week or longer before they went away. * I have used other brands of witch hazel with alcohol but they just dried my skin and it didnt show any improvement. IMPORTANT- at each use I use at least 2 disposable pads. I wipe one side of my face with one side then flip it and use the other side. When my face dries. I do it again. I dont want to smear the oil and dirt the pad picked up. It doesnt leave a film on my skin and my skin doesnt feel sticky. I also dont seem to need a moisturizer much anymore.

Oily, dry, eczema.. this will be your skins bff! Buying in bulk is a no-brainer for me! This even cured my dads hemorrhoids. Oversharing maybe but its TRUE! Thayers is an absolute necessity in your beauty routine & medicine cabinet. I put it on before makeup & use it at night to remove it. Great for sunburns too!

I don’t have the most sensitive skin and I add moisturizer anyway, so I cannot review those points. However, I do love the rose scent. I have purchased this item multiple times. I have used it on reusable cotton pads, but since my skin has cleared up, I now use it in a travel spray bottle to freshen up. I like to spray this on clothing articles, too, to help freshen them during the day and even before I wear them.

Thayers Rose Petal Witch Hazel works like a charm! I love this stuff! I use it like a toner - after I wash my face I rub my face down with it with a cotton ball then I apply any serums and moisturizers after it dries. I also use it in the mornings when I wake up (bc I dont usually wash my face) and I feel like it gets all the dead skin off my face and preps it for the day! It definitely helps keep my skin clear of blemishes. Its a part of my daily routine and I feel off if I dont use it. Leaves a very clean feeling. I also have very sensitive skin/eczema and even though it does burns a tad bit when I use it, I feel like it doesnt irritate my skin like other high-end toners.

Thayers non-alcohol scented witch hazel toners are a favorite beauty product. All the benefits of witch hazel without the drying of alcohol. Scent is sweet and natural. Great for cleaning face and any external body parts that get funky. Two tips : 1. wet two cotton rounds and place over eyes to wake you up and remove any crustiest from lashes. 2. After soothing eyes, Turn rounds over and use other side to clean outside and inside of ears, leaving behind a clean floral scent. Works well on children and young skin leaving loisturized. Older skin will need follow-up moisturizer.

I accidentally ordered these little suckers, and figured itd be easier to just use them up then return them. So after washing my face with a simple Walmart brand face wash, Id give my face a pat down with this and a cotton pad, then top it off with a moisturizer. Id been using it for a couple months when I ran out, and didnt bother restocking since I didnt know if it was actually helping my skin. Well, I soon realized that without it, my moisturizer would tend to sit more on top of my face instead of absorbing well, so that my skin would dry out quickly in certain patches. I tried using another toner for awhile, but it didnt help quite as much as this one. So Im back to using it, but Ill be purchasing it from my local Giant Eagle, where I can get one bottle for about $8.

I buy this every few months. My acne stays away because of this product. As soon as i feel a pimple coming, this can clear it up before it even gets to the popping stage. it’s amazing! ANDDDD i’ve found that amazon has the cheapest price for this product when you buy the 2 pack so save yourself some money and save your skin too!
