> 3 dayWe have 4 of these umbrellas - one for each family member. We love that they stand on their own to dry off. Also love that the wet part is on the inside! One of our umbrellas recently broke. I contacted the company and they responded right away. I explained what was broken and sent a few photos. They apologized for the inconvenience (I mean it’s ok - this happens) and have shipped a replacement at no charge. Stand up company!

Greater than one weekGreat design, super lightweight. My only complaint is The size. It looked bigger in the photo then it is, but ultimately that’s my error. I should’ve checked the measurements. There was just a downpour, I used it for the first time, my legs were all wet! I’m used to a really big umbrella. Overall, I’m happy with it, but will now be buying an additional umbrella.

> 3 dayThis is a great product, but the whole LIFETIME REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE equals no guarantee! Ive owned this umbrella for almost two years now with no issues. However, one of the metal tips that secure the double canopy in place recently snapped. Im not sure how the damage occurred, but now the bottom layer of the canopy is hanging loose. I dont believe the product is defective. This is likely something caused by human error. My issue is not with the umbrella, but with customer service. I reached out to them inquiring about repair services, and to my surprise, they responded within 24 hours. Their response was, Thank you for reaching out! At this time, we do not offer repair services. However, in regards to our Replacement Guarantee, if anything happens to your product simply reach out to us thru this email providing your Order Number and state the issue. From there, we will send you a replacement product free of charge (with no return required). I replied the following day, but I never heard back! I followed up eight days later requesting a status update, only to be ignored. Eight more days later, I still have not received a response or a replacement! Honestly, if I didnt qualify for a replacement, I wouldve been fine. But some professional courtesy wouldve been nice! As much as I love this umbrella, this whole ordeal left a terrible taste in my mouth. So much so that I find it difficult paying for a replacement, something that I wouldve gladly done before being neglected.

> 3 dayThere is a velcro strap that holds the material tight when it is stowed. On a regular umbrella, this is on top of the umbrella when in use. But on a reverse umbrella, it dangles down while using the umbrella. This would not be a problem if it was in the rear of the umbrella, but the grip of the handle makes you hold it in one direction, and so the strap is dangling in front of your face. Very distracting and not a good look if youre meeting someone. You could tie it up each time you use the umbrella, but that takes two hands making the umbrella very un-handy. Im going to try removing it and sewing it on the back of the umbrella, but I have doubts about this since the underside of the umbrella seems like a more fragile material than the top. Speaking of which, because this underside material is on the outside when folded because of the reverse-umbrella design, I worry about it tearing when I am carrying the umbrella folded up. Repel should fix this design with the strap in front.

> 3 dayLove the mechanics of the inverted umbrella and I’m really enjoying the style I chose. It doesn’t feel super sturdy but in fairness I’ve not used it in a “storm”. :) Hopefully it holds up.

Greater than one weekMy new office has borrow umbrellas that you can borrow if its rainy with an honor system to bring them back the next day. I normally would never use one but it was POURING so I used one and it was a reverse umbrella. I HAD to have one of my own after that!!!! I got this one because I thought the deign was cool and it had solid reviews. It does not disappoint. It holds water so great, you wont shake water all over the place in your car or in your shopping cart or office. Its easy to use and easy to fold up. I wont ever use a regular umbrella again! Get one!!!

> 3 dayGreat umbrella. Stands up to wind and lots of rain while walking the dog. I dont get wet anymore, the way I did with my travel umbrellas. There are two minor things to complain about, though. One, the way it collapses (inside as opposed to outside) means its hard for the water to dry. I often have to open it up to fully dry the material so it does not get moldy. Two, the velcro strap hangs down in the front of my face with the umbrella open. The handle has grips for your fingers so its kind of a design flaw the way it hangs down. But overall very happy.

> 3 dayIve had several inverted type umbrellas & prefer the design to conventional umbrellas. This latest one is brand new. We shall see how it holds up. It is very pretty.
