> 3 dayDecent, albeit with plenty of cheap plastic. Diameter is pretty small when opened. It’s a nice looking umbrella, but not sturdy enough to use in the wind. I would call it mediocre at best.

> 3 dayI bought this umbrella for obvious reasons - to get in and out of my car without getting drenched. However, when you push the runner to the top where the umbrella fully expands and the runner should get locked, my umbrella forgets its primary purpose. It has decided to make me step out in the rain, struggle to get it locked, and get wet in the meanwhile. Quite likely that they sent me a faulty piece. The design does look quite lovely. Its a pity that mechanical quality is shoddy. I do not recommend it.

> 3 dayThe best umbrella design ever! Makes entering a car in the rain with an umbrella a pleasure instead of an aggravating wet chore.

Greater than one weekThe little metal posts stick out past the end of the umbrella and even the slightest amount of bumping bends the ends that hold the fabric of the outer layer of the umbrella. Update: Ill update it to 4 star. I contacted support and they immediately sent out a replacement. Ill just have to be extra careful with putting it down in the car so it doesnt snag on the carpet.

Greater than one weekThis is my 3rd Repel Reverse Folding Umbrella. I requested and received the first one as a gift, and I appreciated it for a few months before it disappeared without a trace. I had to replace that one becuase I had quickly grown accustomed to the excellent design feature that allows you to fold the wet side of your umbrella into the interior, and away from all things you would like to keep dry. My Repel Umbrella is definitely my umbrella of choice. In addition to the clever design, which also allows it to compactly stand on its own to drain and dry, it is also a well-made and sturdy product. I have had no issues with any stitiches coming loose or ribs bending or breaking, and it has held its own nicely through some stormy wind gusts. People comment on the bold designs and high functionality of these umbrellas, and my experience thus far leads me to believe the form and function are matched by the quality of the product. So, Repel Reverse Folding Inverted Umbrella #3 is going in my cart now for a little holiday gift-giving later...

> 3 dayHave not had the opportunity to use the umbrella on a super windy day yet to test out the durability of this products design of being made to handle winds without breaking. It is however quite a decent size for an umbrella and I do love the galaxy print on the inside.

Greater than one weekI live in western North Carolina. It is a very cool, well made individual persons umbrella. It is easy to keep water off of it so it doesnt soak your car or your house. For me, for what I use it for, five stars!
