I purchased this several months ago. It has held up nicely to wind and rain walking around Uptown Charlotte. Its also gives spacious cover.

This is a sturdy and beautiful umbrella. It keeps the water from dripping on floors when you come in the rain too! I always receive compliments on it.

While I cant attest to the durability of this umbrella (Ive only used it for two, yucky rainy days so far), I can tell that it is much sturdier than the one I had previously (I wont mention the other companys name). The reason I got this new umbrella is that my old ones fabric ripped, it wouldnt stay open (the catch mechanism when it was in the open position wouldnt engage consistently), and it began to flop on one side as if the stays were broken or warped or just weak, after using it for about a year. This Repel umbrella feels much stronger and Im hoping it holds up. Plus, with the lifetime warranty, how can you go wrong!

Slight snag but customer service was swift

Great design, super lightweight. My only complaint is The size. It looked bigger in the photo then it is, but ultimately that’s my error. I should’ve checked the measurements. There was just a downpour, I used it for the first time, my legs were all wet! I’m used to a really big umbrella. Overall, I’m happy with it, but will now be buying an additional umbrella.

I bought two of these umbrellas because I like the invert design and the handle. The designs are nice and its a good quality umbrella. Im happy with it.

It works great if there is no wind. Anything over 5mph sides will bend and it will turn inside out.

It is great for getting into and out of the car while its raining. Great invention.

Changed my rating based on their customer service. I emailed them and explained what happened and we had a another in 2 days, which works just fine. We just received this, and the very first time I opened the umbrella, it failed to stay open; the mechanism that locks it in place is broken. Tried numerous times, closing and re-opening the umbrella, I can feel and hear where the locking mechanism is but it wont engage.
