The larger card sizes are perfect. The additional route cards expand the options you have for play. If you play TTR with any regularity, this product makes the game so much better. Cant see ever playing again without these cards!

Awesome expansion, although I am still a bit irked that they intentionally didnt include this in the original game in an effort to suck more money out of people. I have a lot of respect for Days of Wonder, and they are one of my favorite game publishers, but I feel that this move is not representative of them as a company. They are well known for producing very high quality games and not being afraid to splurge on component quality. I do not own any other game by Days of Wonder that have the baby-sized cards, so I find it somewhat of a coincidence that only Ticket to Ride and Ticket to Ride Europe come standard with small cards. Even other titles in the Ticket to Ride line have the larger cards. One thing I noticed is that they redesigned the box insert for Ticket to Ride Europe to accommodate the larger scale cards, apparently under the assumption that the players would eventually cave and buy it. I just feel that the whole idea of only offering small format cards in the factory print as a means of squeezing more money out of gamers is somewhat below the belt and definitely not up the standards that Days of Wonder themselves have set. Sure both the expansions come with other tweaks to the game, but this is simply what we call fluff to make it more appealing to the buyer, yet not a major deciding factor in relation to the card sizes. I love their games and I love Ticket to Ride and Europe with the large cards, but the day I opened Ticket to Ride Nordic Countries and saw the large format cards already included, I was a bit disgruntled.

Great to replace the small cards with these larger cards. Much easier to play with!

These cards are way better than the mini cards that come with the game. It’s worth the money for this expansion pack. We have been addicted to this game for months now.

Were just getting to know the new rules--they arent really all that different, but they leave me feeling like everything is new. There are several different ways to play, depending on what destination cards you remove from the deck. You have to figure out new strategies for each. If you like Ticket to Ride, but youve played it a lot, the extension pack rejuvenates the game.

I really enjoy the expanded pack! I love the original game, but after a while I realized I knew all the destinations and the surprise was no longer there. The expanded pack has far too many destinations for me to be able to memorize them. It changes the strategy of the game and provides different ways to play the game. I have even created some of my own ways to play. It is a lot of fun and I definitely recommend it! :)

The original Ticket to Ride game is fun, but the routes can get a bit predictable. This was an awesome way to change it up.

This is a really great game to play especially during those freezing months of winter. Complete your routes and use your best strategy to win. Game usually last around one hour.
