Very practical and well made.

Desley luggage is always of high quality. I always travel and therefore the quality of the luggage is important. I used once in my trip. Looking forward to carrying it again in my coming trips. Very comfortable grip and smooth wheels.

Nice-looking, durable case. Wheels spin smoothly, zippers are heavy and durable.

I am really disappointed in how flimsy the luggage is. Mine arrive scratched and banged up a bit, so I cant imagine this will hold up well to baggage carriers. I am going back to the drawing board with my research on durable hard-shell luggage, and I will definitely be returning this bag.

I spend my life flying. My monthly trips are extended leg international trips of 18 to 24 hours each way. I am always in search of the perfect carry on. This bag comes very close BUT the problem is - while the design does makes it easier to get laptop out and back in at security - it is still a mission to unzip and open the bag to access anything from the bag along the way. The sad part is had they not skimped on the interior and finished both halfs with a zipper the bag would not be such a nightmare to try and access inflight or on a train etc. What happens is anything not secured falls from the cheaply designed restraining straps on the one side. This is a design flaw or production cost compromise that really kills an otherwise brilliant bag. Finished both sides with external access is the mark of the real winner bags for long inflight trips. So in the end the only advantage of this design is easy laptop access. This still an advantage but there are other designs with both a hard and soft body with a front laptop access that have both sides of the interior finished.

This piece held up well except for the many black scuffs by the baggage handlers. I bought the silver one and you cant see any scratches but it looks like it has been used a lot only after one trip. Very light weight and holds a lot, even without expanding it. I needed something larger than a carry on but smaller than my large Delsey bag.

Recieved the suitcase locked, watched several videos on how to open, it is truly locked with no code or instructions. Useless and I need to travel on short notice, this is an unecessary hassle DO NOT PURCHASE.

Nice purchase

I bought this same model in the medium 25inch size last year and loved it.

I purchased this Delsey Helium Titanium bag for my husband to use on our trip to Ireland. Initially he was skeptical, thinking it too flimsy. It is definitely not! The bag survived several planes trips, being hauled in and out of tour busses, and arrived safely home with only a few minor scuffs. The wheels and handles are sturdy and it is easy to maneuver through airports. Were looking forward to using it again soon. Definitely 5 stars!
