Titanium Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Graphite, Carry-On 19 Inch

Two trips into this luggage now, and still well-pleased with it... especially the light weight and spacious interior.

I was pleased (at first) with the look of this suitcase, the inside layout, and the maneuverability of the wheels. However, after its first trip, which happened to be overseas on August, the body of the case was cracked where the wheels are. And after a third trip (domestic - not that it should matter,) its completely cracked and falling apart. In order to get home with this suitcase, and without all of my belongings falling out, we purchased duct tape to hold it together. Im highly disappointed in this suitcase!

So far it has held up on 1 trip to New Brunswick, Ca. for 2 weeks, although the finish has gotten a lot of scuffs and scrapes and one of the wheel covers has came off. But I was carrying over 70 lbs in it and the suit case performed well, besides the cosmetic issues.

First, let me say that the item was delivered on time and packaged well. I gave it two stars just for that. The issue was with the product.

Maneuvering with this suitcase is made easy with this suitcase. Wheels are sturdy and whole thing is very light.

I used this suitcase once. After one use, one of the zippers began to break. It wasnt due to over packing or misuse, but the craftsmanship. I requested a return. The request was accepted. I shipped it back. I was subsequently charged because of the one time use of the luggage. After wasting so much energy and time on requesting a refund, I never received a full one. I would avoid doing any business with this seller. This is a reputable brand and the price point should last more than one use. I should not have it repaired from one use. Im quite disappointed and frustrated all the way around. Amazon would not help me, the seller would not help me. This is not good customer service.

Best luggage weve ever owned. Incredibly lightweight, yet tough. Super easy to steer thru the airport.
