worst service ever ordered a 29 and delivered something half the size labelled by Delsey as a 29 inch

Suitcase looks sturdy and amazing, however it came with the zippers locked and there was no key or instructions on how to unlock included. Someone help, please?

This is the best suitcase Ive owned. It was recommended to me by an acquaintance who works in airport security. Its relatively small but you can pack a lot (1 week of winter clothes/2 weeks of summer clothes). It fits perfectly in the carry on compartment. I bought it right before my trip to Europe and it was fantastic. You dont know what you are missing until you try the multidirectional wheels!

Its a Delsey, what else can I say. Zippers are great, it rolls great, the handle slides well. Nothing is wrong.
