I bought this for a friend after having a terrible time potty training my own child because she got her tiny butt stuck in a toddler potty and refused to sit on a toilet again for 1.5 years. It’s small enough to be used with an infant and padded to keep their buns comfortable. I wish I’d known about this years ago. Sadly, my husband didn’t realize it was in the box and threw it away before it she could get it so I have no feedback on the actual use. Good luck!

The term EC (Elimination Communication) is new to me but not the concept. My mind was blown when studying abroad in Ghana, West Africa, I saw tiny babies without diapers being pottied by mothers after removing them from their baby wrap. This potty makes it easy for us westerners to attempt to replicate a traditional method of managing your childs natural habits and hygiene. Its easy to use but I do wish it was shaped a little different for baby boys and that it came with a spare cozy to use while youre washing the one it comes with. If youre interested in EC for your infant, try this potty and youll be surprised at how easy it actually is!

I started doing EC with my 7 month old little boy about 3 months ago. We were surviving for about a week before I decided to bite the bullet and grab the baby potty. Totally worth every penny. We are now thriving doing EC. It is the perfect size to carry in the diaper bag to have on the go (it makes doing EC out and about doable!). I also highly recommend getting extra potty cozies. They make it way more comfortable for the baby, and if you have a little boy, its a must if you dont want to get peed on. Seriously, if you are on the fence and have a baby between the ages of 0-12 months, get it.

Truly amazing. Started my boy on ec at 9 weeks and he’s doing great! Now 12 weeks and only 3 poopy diapers. Craziness!!so happy, love the top can just put it on quick wash and dry and pop it back on the top, comfy for babe convenient for me

Honestly i wasnt sure if EC would work for us, but wanted to give it a try. Our baby used the potty first time we sat her on it. She is 3 month and now does a good 50% of her business in this potty :)

It is good quality. But for my 4 month old boy it is smaller to both pee and poop simultaneously. So his poop or pee is out sometimes.

Love this potty. Easy to clean and perfect size for a premonition baby. Just wish it came with more than one cozy!!!!

It is sturdy and handy. Comfortable for babies who cannot sit unsupported. The cloth is nice and durable. White is good and bad because you can see when its dirty I washed in the machine easy enough. Since my son didnt seem to mind sitting on the plastic I haven’t put it back on.

I started EC with my baby when she was 2 months old, I usually do an EC hold over the sink but this is very useful to me when we are on the go, I can pop her on it anywhere.
