> 3 dayThe best bag or anyone in our family has owned by far. Rolls the best and seems durable.

> 3 dayI like the design concept. Except it does not lay flat when you open it. One end is always up because the zipper hinge does not fully unzip. So, when packed, I believe the weight breaks the hinge zipper that holds it together. So it is either a fatal design flaw that makes the luggage worthless, and/or mine was a broken and sold as new after a very apparent bad repair. The bad repair shows under the cloth covering at the hinge. Regardless, if the suitcase does not lay flat on both sides when opened, it is not useable and definitely will split in two! Too bad! Sent it back.

> 3 dayGreat concept but zipping system weak and lock on outer pockets does not work properly with heavier weight in the bag! Not good.

> 3 dayThe purchase of suitcases for most of us is an investment. This suitcase has not been a good return on our investment. Its easily scratched even though there are claims that it resists scratches. Were just not impressed with the delivery of the suitcase that does not meet the claims in the description.

> 3 dayExactly as advertised. Roomy and easily movable. Have not traveled with it yet, but am looking forward to trying it out.

> 3 dayLove the hard outer shell! This is the perfect size for me. I always tend to overpack so it really forced me to only take essentials. I always travel with hair tools and i was confident in knowing that they along with some products I use would be okay in such a sturdy piece of luggage. It’s just big enough for the right amount of clothes and essentials without being to heavy.

> 3 dayTHis would be a perfect bag, but the zipper is a little flimsy.

gotta run now
12-06-2025I will fill whatever size bag I use, but look with scorn upon those on the plane trying to cram their oversized carryon bag into the overhead. Time to own up to my own bad habits. Im learning as I travel more that I really can get by with very little. Does anyone really care if I rotate through 2-3 outfits? Im sure not. My previous carryon bag is a soft side with a couple outer pockets that I can squeeze more into than it generally likes due to the flexibility of the materials. That will not happen with this bag. You are definitely held accountable when packing this bag. That said, it has a well laid out interior. You can pack things on both sides, rather than the bucket configuration. It is easier to see everything, and to divide shoes from delicate clothes. Everything is able to be firmly strapped down and the interior fabrics are not so thick they add weight or bulk. When you open it up upon your arrival, there is all your stuff nothing hidden in weird secret pockets.

> 3 dayI loved everything about this luggage. Then on the way home, on my first trip with this luggage, the zipper broke and I lost a bunch of stuff inside that was not strapped in. I think it’s a poor design, the only thing holding this closed is the zipper.
