The product itself is built beautifully and would have been very easy to install and use. However, with the limited measurements provided and the promise of “fitting any bed frame type”, this product does not deliver. My daughter has a recessed mattress within a bed frame with slats. It is a standard size from a major furniture retailer, professionally built. It is impossible to tell from the item description and measurements exactly how recessed the mattress could be before the product will not work, and unfortunately, my daughter’s bed is a bit too recessed. The hinge would have to sit shoved between the mattress and the outer bed frame, compressing the mattress between the rail guards, or otherwise the horizontal support beam would have to bend significantly upwards under the mattress to allow the hinge to sit above the bed frame. I’d recommend the company make it clear in the measurements how much distance there is between the hinge and the horizontal bottom beam for the purpose of a recessed bed. I’d also recommend not advertising the product as “fitting any bed frame type” as that is quite misleading.

The rail works perfectly for what I needed. The only thing I dont love is my baby is attracted to it. Thinks its her stand-up assistance but thankfully sturdy and tall enough to contain her (not left unattended)

Very sturdy

I used these bed rails for my 2 year old grandson’s new bed. The directions that accompanied them were at first not entirely clear to me. The information said that if you had any questions to email the company and they would respond in two hours or less. I contacted them on a Sunday afternoon, and I expected to receive a reply maybe on Monday. Well, their claim of a response of less than two hours was correct. In fact, Tom responded in less than 10 minutes and was patient in guiding me through the assembly process. The bed rails are sturdy and safe. This is a FIRST CLASS company, and I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future. They should be commended for their outstanding customer service.

Good quality, easy to assembled

These are perfect for any grandmas house because of how they adapt to a variety of beds. Equally important is that they can be disassembled and put away for the next visit. Even more reassuring is the customer service behind the product. I know this from a wonderful experience. I had bought two of these in April of 2022 thinking that my 3-year-old granddaughter might need them in a visit that summer. She did not, and I never opened them. Flash forward, she plus her little tornado of a sister were to be visiting this week, and I knew for SURE I needed two of them for this toddler bed monster. Assembly went fine (the instructions are clear plus there are a variety of videos on YouTube) for the first rail. The second assembly did not go so great, and I thought I must be crazy. I was relieved to find out that it wasnt me--I had been given two Part A sections instead of one Part A1 and one Part A3. Part A1 and Part A3 may look alike, but they dont fit alike. Because it had been close to a year since I bought the rails and because I never registered them, I had little expectation my problem would be resolved by contacting TotCraft. I was wrong! Within 2 hours of emailing them my issue, I had a response. They asked me to photograph the problem, repeat which part it was that was missing, and after a few more hours, a part A3 was on the way to me via Priority Mail. I was tickled pink.

Perfect for a queen bed with thick mattress. Raises up and down easily. Great for toddler. Easy to put together.

We purchased for piece of mind with grandchildren and item is very sturdy. Once in place it can’t be removed. This is an issue if your use is for temporary stays.

I really love my toddler bed rails. They were very easy to set up, and they are very sturdy. I used them with my two year old grandson last night. They worked great!!

They were easy to install. Kind of pricey. But good.
