> 3 dayBought July 2021. One arrived broken (one of the arms was not riveted together). I emailed them and they sent me a replacement pair. I put one in my car and used it frequently in the summer/fall as it rains almost daily during those months in my area. Fast forward to April 2022 and I go to use it on a rainy day and the opening/closing mechanism breaks out of the handle when I open the umbrella and it no longer fully opens or closes. The mechanism appears to be made of a brittle plastic and is attached to the bottom of the umbrella with a single screw that goes through a particularly thin part of the mechanism (thats where it broke).

> 3 dayThis umbrella is super heavy duty. I bought it for my son to use while waiting at the bus stop and so for it’s done its job well. The easy open button feature is the BEST. The easy collapse button is also perfect. The only downside is you need two free hands and some arm strength to close it down completely.
