> 24 hourUmbrellas have been around for millennia, so I didnt expect much new when I sought a replacement. I was pleasantly surprised by this product! Here in Gulf Coast Florida, we have quite a bit of rain --- plus a bit of wind, too, as one may have noticed in recent news reports. This can be challenging when ones dog needs a nature break. Exiting the lanai out into the yard is a complex project with terrier, leash, baggies, and umbrella in hand. Deploying an umbrella before exit makes it impossible to get through the door. Deploying the umbrella afterwards is not pleasant, as my previous umbrellas have required two hands to manage --- while it is raining heavily and my terrier is straining at the leash. With this umbrella, problem solved! The single pushbutton to deploy and collapse the umbrella is a real aid. Add in a large deployed size, plus a lifetime guarantee, and this umbrella is a winner. Meets my needs perfectly.

> 24 hourI needed a new umbrella that actually worked and kept me mostly dry so I turned to Amazon (of course). After reading some reviews and description of the TradMall umbrella I decided to purchase it. After receiving it, it has rained a few times where I needed to use it and it did the job! I didnt get rain blowing in my face and hair and with the wind the umbrella didnt fly back and turn inside out.....so that showed me this one may be a keeper. Im happy with my purchase.

> 24 hourIt is very light and sturdy. Small in size but the bloom is huge. It can cover me and my backpack without having to fiddling too much with having to chose have to cover myself or the backpack.

> 24 hourThis is a very good umbrella for the price. Its sturdy and well made, doesnt feel cheap, and the open/close mechanism is responsive and quick. It provides good coverage without being huge and hard to walk around with, folds up to a pretty compact size, and the handle is comfortable to hold. Its easy to get back into the slip it comes in, and I like the elastic cord that I can sling around my wrist while holding it. Im really happy with it overall. I really want to highlight the outstanding customer service of TradMall. They stand behind their product, and care about customer satisfaction. I had this umbrella for over a year, and had used it quite a few times. It held up well in average rainy weather, until last week a sudden strong gust turned it inside out for the first time, and the material tore away from one of the ribs. These umbrellas have a lifetime warranty, so I emailed TradMall and told them what happened. I wasnt even sure theyd answer, but I had a reply within hours. The customer service person I spoke with (Tracy) was friendly and professional, and by the evening of the day I sent the email, theyd placed an order for a replacement umbrella, no questions asked. It arrived today, just a few days later. I couldnt be more pleased with my experience, and I definitely recommend this umbrella.

> 24 hourIts big enough for 2 people, and the structure seems really safe and strong. Though its a little longer to put in my backpack, its still worth to have one if you usually travel with others. Additionally, their customer service Trecy, is really friendly, and reminds me about their lifetime warranty guarantee for this umbrella. Definitely recommend to whom concerning to buy a big umbrella.

> 24 hourIts a good umbrella; one of the few that Ive had where the material didnt rip at the end of the spokes. In terms of operating it, 4 stars. It does open and close automatically, but upon close it should also come down and lock, which is doesnt. 5 starts for customer service. My umbrella stopped locking shot. They replaced it and sent a new one for free, no questions asked. I like a company that stands behind its product; hence the 5 stars.

> 24 hourThis is a very well-made umbrella. My only problem with it is that in order to close it all the way, I have to put the bottom of the handle on the floor and push down on the top---hard. Maybe Im a 114# weakling, but this takes more strength than I have to close. Other than that, yes, Id buy it again rather than spend on a flimsy one. Norma

> 24 hourFor $20 this umbrella is of exceptiontioal build quality and has some cool features. My pros compared to most compact umbrellas: •Ergonomic hand that feels nice in hand •Doesn’t feel super cheap or fragile •Completely unfolds with one touch of the button •Partially folds back up with one touch of the button Somewhat Con: •a little effort is needed to make umbrella compact due to its spring action Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase and I was pleasantly surprised to find it came with a lifetime warranty that will replace my umbrella at no cost, If it ever breaks.
