I am one of those people that get plastic wrap stuck to itself every time. Not anymore! I bought this product a few years ago and have bought replacement rolls a number of times since. Have told friends about it too. It is so convenient to use and sticks much better than store bought. Am thinking of trying this same brand and dispenser type for foil and parchment paper too

I absolutely did not need to buy a plastic wrap dispenser, but it was cute, and I bought it on an impulse. The box cuts well, and is very sturdy, but not so over-sized that it cant fit in the same drawer I usually store wrap in. But the best part about this is the actual plastic wrap. Its a little thicker than what I have been getting in the store, and holds beautifully. I plan to buy the refill from this company when mine gets low.

Plastic wrap boxes have always fallen apart before the end of the roll so when I saw this on a home decor website I had to have it and, of course, Amazon Prime made it happen. The Wrap Box is made of cardboard, as another reviewer noted, but its not the packing box grade of cardboard. Its very thick and sturdy and is coated so, unless I set it in a sink of water or other substantial puddle of liquid, I have no concerns about it falling apart. Being cardboard means its light enough to pick up and maneuver the wrap before cutting. It comes with a huge role of plastic wrap and tiny acrylic feet to put on the bottom to raise it above the counter a pinch. The little slide doo-hickey has worked every time and without loosing the end of the paper.

I saw this item used by Rea Drummond on The Pioneer Woman cooking show and was immediately enamored of it. I was so tired of fighting with boxes of plastic wrap. Pros: The item seems well constructed of heavy-duty cardboard. It has non-skid feet for use on the counter-top. The cutting bar does a great job. Cons: The item ships without the cutting bar attached. The cutting bar has an adhesive strip which you expose by peeling away the protective paper. You attach the cutting bar to the dispenser and youre ready to fly. Sadly, there were zero instructions on where and how to attach the bar and I had to figure it out on my own. Overall, for the price, and given the fact that the dispenser comes with a roll of plastic wrap in it, I feel this was a purchase worth the price.

The box is very colorful and can actually be refilled with regular plastic wrap - no need to order something special for it. The only thing I didnt like about it is that the blue cutter falls off. We are on our second box because we lost the other cutter entirely and I quickly tired of cutting the wrap with scissors and now we are using the second box and the cutter has already fallen off twice. I know there must be a way to keep that on and I will be trying to figure that out. If I cant figure out a way to secure the cutter I probably wont buy another box.

This is not awkward like the disposable ones that come with the wrap sold in stores. My husband’s coordination is impaired from a stroke, and this prevents the wrap from tangling. One reviewer said that there are no instructions for attaching the cutter, but mine has them printed on the bottom, and on the top, it has a thin printed outline indicating where the cutter goes. It is the type of cutter that slides inside a track, with the blade safely hidden below the cutting knob. The box is made of heavy cardboard wrapped in glossy paper, much like some storage boxes or hat boxes. It comes with 250 feet of wrap, but I transferred my 11 1/2” x 100’ Saran Wrap roll into it. Inside this dispenser, that roll has about 3/4” of extra room on each end, but that doesn’t cause any problem. In my photo, I included a dollar bill and a clothespin for scale. Including the rubber feet and the cutting knob, the height is 3 1/8”. In length, it is 13 13/16” (just a tad over 13 3/4”) and fits in our small drawer. They sell refills too, but I wish the grocery store brands would offer just rolls, without the flimsy disposable boxes, to save on waste without having to get refills delivered. I also wish these were available in a smaller that just works with the grocery store product.

I love this dispenser, love the bright print and the sturdiness. Always hated the cutting blade that comes with the flimsy cling film boxes from the grocery store - and Ive tried all the available brands. This one is so much easier to use and the plastic is much better than the cling film I usually buy. Doesnt stick to itself like the others do. Very happy with this product and will definitely stick with this brand and buy the refills.

I’d been eying this for a while, and I’m so glad I finally bit the bullet and got it! No more massacred press and seal! I’m not sure what kind of impairment I have, but I cannot tear press and seal to save my life. This cuts it perfectly straight and is so much better! Yay!
