Greater than one weekI hate plastic cling wrap and it hates me. This makes it easy to use. It cuts the cling wrap off perfectly every time and is sturdy enough that you can set the item to be wrapped next to the box, pull the wrap over it, then cut it and finish the wrapping.

> 3 dayWorks perfectly without the cling to itself, you and everything else frustration Just pull out desired amount, slide the nifty knob across, cover your item and voila, No more muss and fuss. I would buy it again and again. It comes with a roll of cling wrap but you can use your favored wrap.

> 3 dayAfter a life time of being frustrated by plastic wrap that seems to wrap around itself more easily than can be pulled from the box to actually cover a food bowl. Recently I was a friend’s house and she had a giant box of plastic wrap from Costco with a built-in sliding cutter. Brilliant. But I cannot use something that large. Looked on Amazon and found this amazing line of gorgeous cutter boxes for plastic, foil, and other kitchen materials. Bought one, just love it. Fits a normal sized roll from those very inadequate supermarket brands, and the roll it comes with is very good quality. I then bought one for aluminum foil. Again, brilliant design. Fits a fairly large roll. However, the roll of foil that came with it turned out to be impossible to use. Tossed it and replaced with standard foil. The box is great. Such a convenience. And so much less waste as sheets roll out cleanly and can be cut to exactly what you need.

> 3 dayI ordered this Chicwrap plastic wrap holder from Amazon Prime. It comes in about 4 different designs. This thing is as useful and functional as it is pretty! The wrap that comes in it, is a little thicker than the stuff I usually buy, but man does it stick! Not sure if I will buy the refill, or just buy my normal brand and put it in there...but they do also sell refills for it. No more cutting my fingers on the teeth of the box, while wrestling with the plastic wrap clinging to itself, while the box is crushing and twisting, and ending up having to basically pull the cling wrap until it breaks away from the roll...NEVER AGAIN! This thing cost me like 14 dollars (free shipping with prime). Worth every sent! The box is made out of super sturdy cardboard, and is covered in a coating that reinforces the box and will be great for wiping off, if food should spill on in it. You simply pull the cling wrap straight out and let it hang over the edge, and then slide the little black tab across the box (thats what cuts the wrap) and voila ! A straight, clean edge of plastic wrap that isnt stuck to itself. The wrap that comes in it, is a little thicker than the stuff I usually buy, but man does it stick! Not sure if I will buy the refill, or just buy my normal brand and put it in there. Then you place the box on your shelf, and it just sits there and looks pretty.....Definitely recommended.

> 3 dayThe plastic wrap they come with is very nice. They are made of cardboard so wont last forever. They look very nice on the counter top and it is handy to have the plastic wrap right there when needed. I purchased them for all of our daughters after having mine for 2 years. They all seemed happy with them

> 3 dayI received this as a gift many years ago and still use it. Very well made ; looks brand new. I never received saran-wrap as a gift before but that makes it even more special; everytime I use it I think of the person who gave it to me.

> 3 dayExact same as the high dollar ones. Prefect size. I ordered 1 in every design and used Dollar Tree labels to use for multiple purposes such as plastic wrap, foil and Press N Seal.

> 3 dayIt is easy to use and I don’t have to struggle trying to cover my food...I am very arthritic which makes Glad Wrap difficult to handle. I recommend it fully.

Greater than one weekPlastic wrap boxes have always fallen apart before the end of the roll so when I saw this on a home decor website I had to have it and, of course, Amazon Prime made it happen. The Wrap Box is made of cardboard, as another reviewer noted, but its not the packing box grade of cardboard. Its very thick and sturdy and is coated so, unless I set it in a sink of water or other substantial puddle of liquid, I have no concerns about it falling apart. Being cardboard means its light enough to pick up and maneuver the wrap before cutting. It comes with a huge role of plastic wrap and tiny acrylic feet to put on the bottom to raise it above the counter a pinch. The little slide doo-hickey has worked every time and without loosing the end of the paper.
