I originally order the bulbs to provide extra light around the front door. What I didnt realize is that the fixture has an extended hood so, these bulbs wont fit. They are large when compared to a conventional light bulb so, I transferred the bulb to the shed. Simply said, I was impressed to the point that I decided to put two more sockets in the long shed and put the bulbs there. The design of the bulb ensures light is distributed in all directions so unlike this leaf bulbs, you dont have shadows. I havent had them long enough to determine longevity so I cant honestly rate them. But, I will be keeping a supply on hand.

These E26 lights, meaning theyll go in your normal fixtures that arent candelabra base. They are quite bright. They are a decent amount brighter than your typical 100w equivalent LED light. They arent overwhelming death beams like an actual 175w corn light would be (I have up to 250w corn lights) but they are plenty bright for how small they are for a corn light. I have one issue with them. They get hot instantly and I dont see any passive or active cooling on them. Larger corn lights either go with massive heatsinks or fans. This doesnt seem to have a fan and Im not seeing much heatsinking either. After a few minutes, they are quite blazing hot. They are bright, but certainly not bright enough to use as a street light. You can use a corn light for that, but more like a 200w+ corn light. These are better used as porch lights. I dont mean 200w equivalent, I mean 200w. They are MUCH larger than these and considerably brighter. Its currently 4/4/23. Well see how these hold up.

Wow, what a difference these bulbs make. They totally brighten up the area. These are now my favorite bulbs. They are larger and heavier than standard light bulbs but to me, the light they give is so much better.

Very large normal Bulb socket LEDs. They are very bright and cast out well in the outside darkness.

No excuse anymore to not organize the garage.

I have six Lightbulbs and I have now switched for the sixth of this product they’re very bright energy efficient and other than the fact that one of them burned out way too fast otherwise dependable

These luminaires are decent size, larger than most bulbs. In addition to having LEDs around the sides, there is also a battery of LEDs on the bottom that project straight downward (see second photo). I installed these luminaires in my basement. Installation couldn’t have been easier. I simply unscrewed the existing bulb and replaced it with one of these in each of the two fixtures in my basement. The result was very good. After trying numerous LED Lumineers, these bulbs made the basement brighter. I am pleased I ordered these luminaires because my basement is now brighter than it has ever had been, and it was accomplished with no additional wiring and no additional fixtures, saving hours of time and money. I recommend these luminaires.

Im currently running two of these bulbs inside of a 400sqft pole barn with 11ft ceilings and they light up the whole thing like a football field. At only 40w and I was able to screw them into a pair of porcelain fixtures, Im amazed at how much light they add to the space
