I wanted to buy a grown-up, sophisticated looking backpack for my first trip to Europe. This fit the bill in every single way. Extremely light weight with many pockets for all of my things. Loved the gold hardware touches, as it gave it a very stylish look.

great for work

I have researched this bag for awhile now as I have a larger Tumi bag and loved it. This backpack is everything I wanted. I use it for vacation and business travel and it still looks professional.

I use mine everyday and I love it! It’s the perfect size and super durable, the look is classic and it doesn’t wear easily. Plus Tumi has amazing service, so I can trust that I will have this bag for a long time. Oh and I forgot to mention...I’m one of those people who carries a bag that weighs a ton, as in other people flinch when they pick it up because it’s so heavy. And when I travel I pack to the max, but the straps are like new and the zippers work like a dream. So if mine has held up fine yours certainly will.

Not worth the money.

Very well-made

I have a version of this backpack from 2002. Its been wonderful and well-traveled. I also used it for work for many years. It has come time to replace it. This $400 item is not worth $40. There are no feet on the bottom, so it will get wet and worn immediately. The straps are thin - making them uncomforable like cheap backpacks. They dont have the small pockets the previous models did, which were so handy. There arent the seamed pen and lip gloss slots in the pockets to keep organized. The shape is boxy, rather than a bit tapered, for just a bit of style and efficiently. I really cant believe all the places they skimped. I would pay this ridiculous amount for a perfect backpack because its something I use near-daily for years. But this brand seems to have sold out. I will search for another maker. What a true bummer. Im crushed to be honest. I would love to breathe life into my old one.
