The zippers are pretty but they stick. Not easy to close.

I love this backpack because it holds all my electronics and travel essentials. The shoulder traps are durable and comfortable. It has pockets for almost everything. I would love a side pocket for my travel mug. its sturdy and has a classic design. My last Tumi lasted 8 years. I get on and off a lot of airplanes and this is my go to bag. Also fits both under the seat and in the overhead easily. To find it on Amazon at lower price was a great deal. ❤️❤️❤️

What can I say about this product? I love this bag and I normally hate backpacks. This bag is comfortable either over the shoulder or wearing traditionally. The handle at the top is great for quick grab from the floor or TSA screening belt. The bag still looks great after 2 months of daily use that includes multiple airplanes and airports. I love how everything has a place and I can find things easier. The look is excellent and maintains its shape.

Functionality for travel is excellent!

This is my 5th tumi bag and I would never purchase another brand. It is light, very well made, durable, roomy and I love the look. I have bought other brands and use them once or twice. Every bag Ive purchased from Tumi Ive used repeatedly for years. They never lose the fresh look and never fall apart. Worth every penny... Although I really wish they were a bit less expensive!

I originally bought this backpack for a business trip but it has become my everyday laptop bag. It has plenty of room for the extras you carry with your laptop and is very comfortable on your shoulders. I highly recommend this item!

Such a high quality bag and looks so chic. It’s also very functional and has a lot of space / pockets. Highly recommend if you travel a lot for work!
