Love the bag, but needs attention to retain its shape

Bought is as a gift. Nicely built. Was not sure it was going to be big enough for a laptop when I got it, but the person who received the gift was thrilled. Everything fits perfectly and plenty of pockets to organize all your travel stuff. Nice Looking as well.

I have always loved TUMI totes. I have been having lower back problems so I decided to try the backpack. The straps dont adjust enough to allow the back pack to fit snugly and high enough on your back so it is not helping my lower back and, if fact, is properly making it worse. I dont understand how they missed such a basic concept. Its a beautiful bag otherwise.

Adorable bag I frequently get compliments on. Bought it for travel but ended up using it for a work bag. Fits computer perfectly and still has a lot of room for everything else without being too big. Pockets for everything. Very lightweight and comfortable to wear. Love it.

Like the price, looks, material, color, etc. Love everything about this. I use it every day for work.

I got this backpack to replace my 10 year old Tumi pack & truly love it. The size is ideal for living in NYC (roomy but still comfortable and attractive). The material is also ideal for any type of weather and easy to clean. It looks great and stylish. I get tons of compliments on this bag.

The bag was beautiful, I loved the fabric. I loved the way the straps don’t leave any extra hanging. But when I’m out traveling ( even on an everyday basis) I have a thermos with me. I don’t like the water bottle pocket it would be better to just slide the thermos into a secure deep pocket. The bottle kept scraping on the zipper. I wish both side pockets were deeper and without zippers. I did end up returning the bag because the irritation of the side zippers really annoyed me.

I was so skeptical about spending $400 on a backpack. However, immediately upon unboxing it I was so happy I ordered it. This backpack is so classy and beautiful in person. I seriously LOVE it! The quality is amazing. I have never come across a prettier back pack and I am an avid shopper. The material is fancy pants. Don’t hesitate buying this back pack. Worth every penny.
