> 3 dayI switched to Ubiquiti because my brothers use their products and now I know why. Great products with excellent quality, capabilities and performance

> 3 dayUbiquiti makes good products but the radio on these are really weak. I have 3 across a 3 level 1500 sq-ft townhouse and theres a terrible dead spot at the back corner of the building where I get like 5% throughput. If you have a good single the throughput is very good

> 3 dayWent from a LR to a Pro. Now with upgrading all Apple products we wanted the latest v6 Wi-Fi for the best performance as we depend a lot on Wi-Fi, so the the U6 has been great.

13-06-2025I have had a unifi setup for a while now and just recently updated from Wi-Fi 5-ac to Wi-Fi 6. Amazing speed difference. I know you are able to run these stand alone, however I just adopted it to my existing controller and in minutes It was configured and good to go. If this is your first time, you may want to watch some videos or read some internet posts to find how to best set these up, they are not your “big box store” internet routers (which is good, those all in one routers are terrible and not secure at all).

> 3 dayRecently upgraded the house to a unifi system and I have 1 AP currently. This covers our entire 2500 sq ft ranch house and into the back yard just fine. Very happy with it, blows the consumer grade stuff out of the water for configuration options.

Greater than one weekI love Unifi gear, but the older Pros came with PoE injector. these ones did not. caused delays.

> 3 dayWeve got 3 buildings with Ubiquiti Unifi WiFi devices and have generally always been pleased. Our installations are mostly comprised of AC-Lite and NanoHD UAPs. In our smallest property weve really only got justification for a single UAP that sits about in the middle of a square building. Weve experienced some signal fade in the far corners using AC-Lite or NanoHD so I decided to give this one a try. The Unifi 6 Pro required an update to our Unifi controller; no big deal. Once updated, the adoption process went smoothly as usual. The range improvement is substantial. Weve improved signal to every device in the building, but also have increased effective range to cover the parking lot, break area and even across the street. Im very happy with this UAP and would certainly get another.

> 3 dayThis is an odd review to write -- it should be two - -a 3 and a 5. If this were the *old* Ubiquiti, it would be a 5, but companys approach of late takes it down. The problem: Unifi is great, and for some situations, *the* solution. But, in the old days, it was at prosumer pricing. It was no-brainer. Today, its near enterprise pricing,. and to be honest, there are better enterprise offers from real enterprise players. Dont get me wrong -- the product works as expected and works well, but at the price, you can go to players like Arista and Rukkus. Also, if you know why you need Unifi, say youre building out an office with 30 of these, again, a no-brainer, but at the new price, you have choices, and its no longer home-budget friendly. Add to that the poor software support for the controller and its hard to vote a 5

> 3 dayI bought a 24v POE and it wouldn’t even light up. Once I figured this out and got the right one (48v), it’s perfect. I bought mine to service my outdoor firepit and the range surpasses that of my LR unit, which is in my shop.
