Great build quality. Its made of METAL as shown. The thumb levers are sturdy and keep the mount in place even in windy conditions. Mounted this on my motorcycle and the wind didnt move it a bit. Gives you excellent mounting options as well. BUY it.

So these clamps are not circular, meaning if they loosen they will fall. If you have them on something vibrating like a motorcycle or a bike they CAN and WILL loosen because the thread is not dense enough. This means that no matter how tight you tighten, a very small loosening action is enough to loosen it entirely. Otherwise very sturdy and heavy with good material.

I clamped this on a shelf so the cam would be out of the way of the shot.

I was sceptical about the price and quality of this little mount. This thing holds tight on to round and flat surfaced. It took a beating on the boat on Lake Michigan but never came lost. The soft pads will wear away over time which may cause some scratching but should be able to replace the foam with something.

Like rubber base. Much stronger than suction cup on metal surface. Good product.

Im glad I went with this one. I wasnt happy with other one I had for my GoPro. This Clamps well to my motorcycle handle bars and stays on tight. Good quality material, doesnt feel cheap. Very fair price for this. Id buy it again if I lost it.

Clamp is solid and made well, the included GoPro attachment not so well.
