> 24 hourThese were much better made than I expected! The base is a solid magnetic foot that is sleeved in rubber to protect whatever surface you are sticking it to. The hook is made of aluminum and screws into the base securely. The finish on the hook and exposed side of the base is excellent. The hook and base attach very well (tested on refrigerator and stand-along freezer); you can still remove them fairly easily, but they dont seem to move once mounted with what I have hung on it so far. That includes a 16oz claw hammer, 2lb hammer, fairly thick jacket, and a bath towel. I was going to hang dog leashes on them, so that will be no problem at all, but they can hold heavier items as well. Very nice hooks if you have a metal surface to hang them on!

> 24 hourThese worked great. The magnets are so strong I accidently set them down stacked on a metal bench and couldn’t get them off. LOL

> 24 hourThese hooks are STRONG! And the discs are coated in “rubber/silicone” They won’t scratch the surface you put them on. And they won’t slide down. My only complaint is…. The 2 “base” discs are stuck/magnetized together. They need to be separated so you can bolt the hooks to the base. WELL!!! They stick together STRONG too! I wish they were in separate bags. If you have arthritis in your hands…. You might need help sliding the discs apart. I pushed on the two for a few minutes to get them to slide enough so i could twist them apart. It’s not something too difficult but just a warning if you have fingers that tire easy.

> 24 hourThe last thing I expected was for the magnets to be so strong that they are difficult to assemble. Two screws for each hook. Good luck with metal screwdrivers. All kinds of interesting problems come up, in a hilarious way. Great hooks and a round of fun trying to screw them together.

> 24 hourIt is nice to be able to have a way to use a hanger temporarily (as long as there is metal where it is needed). The magnets in here are very strong, I feel they would hold a lot of weight. Some mentioned that do not come assembled. This is true but it literally takes one minute to assemble them.

> 24 hourI just got my door painted and didn’t want to scratch the paint but wanted to put my wreath up. I ordered these. The color matches my hardware. They are a nice size to whatever you want to hang. The magnet is amazingly strong. It’s a good value

> 24 hourThese hooks were a bit larger than I was expecting but are really nice. They come as 2 separate pieces and have to be assembled with 1 screw for each hook. Assembly was easy and quick. The magnet on these is very strong. I am using them to hold bibs on the side of my fridge and the baby pulls on the bibs all the time and the magnet doesnt budge.

> 24 hourI have a metal door that I wanted to attach a coat rack to. I wasnt thrilled about drilling screws into the metal door, when I came across this product. I was dubious that magnets could hold up heavy winter coats, but these really are incredibly strong. And you can readjust the positions, in case you want to have more/less hooks, or set some hooks lower for children to use. Perfect!

> 24 hourThese are good magnetic hooks! They arrive unassembled, with the magnets stuck together, but a small screwdriver, used as a wedge between the magnets, works well to separate them. After that, install a couple of screws and theyre ready to use. Yes, they hold my winter coat (with stuff in the pockets) very well. I could make it slide, but it took a pretty good tug. The finish is smooth and seems durable and I like the color. Good magnets! Hope this helps!

> 24 hourBig fan of these hooks. They’re a good size to hold things and easy to put together. The magnet is STRONG. Like I said, I stuck one to my fridge to test it, and now I’ve just accepted that that’s where it lives. I tested it on the walls to see if it was strong enough to sense the metal within the wall (?), and it was not. So make sure the place you want to put it has enough metal for a magnet.
