This stuff tastes amazing, yet has zero calories! I bought this because I have been on a keto-like diet and I noticed after a few weeks my heart rate was starting to go haywire; it was getting faster and faster, even at rest or just walking around. Ive heard elevated heart rate and blood pressure can happen sometimes with keto - the main cause is usually dehydration and a lack of electrolytes. To combat this issue, I ordered this product and within a couple days I can tell both my body and heart are responding favorably. My pulse seems to be calming down a bit - and along with it, my nerves are calming. This stuff is worth every penny.

I thought I was being smart and saving money, but the product in the canister does not dissolve as well as the packets. Kinda bummed.

Love this flavor! I tried the blue raspberry and am not a fan. Lemonade all the way. It appears to be a bit “chunky” At first stir/shake, but those pieces dissolve completely in a minute or so. Helps with my leg cramps in a tasty way.

I was using a similar product that a famous football player makes. This one has way more flavor. The lemon is really good. I was buying it in the tubes, but it is easier to use in the canister because I only need half a scoop in a 20 oz bottle of water to get enough flavor. I mainly use this to flavor up a bottle of water in the morning. It was too hard to split up a tube in half so this product is perfect.

Good flavor -- easy to mix and use. Will reorder again.

This electrolyte powder is by far my favorite. I’m not keto, I just don’t enjoy the the taste of most waters, like I can really taste the minerals & chlorine in both tap and bottled waters. So I’m usually not very hydrated, and it shows with dry brittle nails, wrinkles around my mouth and eyes, and flakey, dry and irritated skin. So in an effort to stay on budget (I love the taste of Fiji bottled water, but I’m not into the price) I purchased this product to use with my Brita filtered tap water. The flavor is likeable, there is a slight vitamin-like taste to it, but nowhere near the level that the other electrolyte tablet/powder brands have. I had the raspberry and orange from Ultima brand, but this flavor is the best. I find my self drinking liters a day and my skin is looking better, my sleep is better, my digestion improved. This size is also a super value, I’ve only ever been able to find Ultima is the smaller tub at Whole Foods for over $20.

***UPDATE*** After my initial review I continued to use the product and found that for me I have to add more Apple Cider Vinegar and half a lemon and lime to my 40oz water glass plus 1 scoop of this powder. I do this daily and it is amazing at keeping me hydrated and feeling great! No more rogue muscle cramp attacks or reaching for that pot of coffee at 2pm for a pick-me-up. I actually crave my lemonade after stopping coffee at noon. I have recommended this product to my parents, who still work daily outside in 100+ heat on their farm, and they use this powder daily. Its also proven great for those going through chemo-therapy to keep mineral levels up and hydration in check. I started a subscribe and save program with this product and will continue to use it for the entire family. Excellent choice for kids rather than grabbing for dyed and artificially flavored gatorade or Powerade products that really dont hydrate or provide any trace minerals to the body properly. Ditch those other artificial hydration drinks that dont work and are toxic. Im sure that this is a great product for increasing trace minerals on a daily basis; however, its too sweet with the sweetener used and it takes a lot of shaking or stirring to dissolve completely. For people who eat a lot of processed foods and sweets I guess it would be ok, but there is an aftertaste to me. I would prefer to just have the product unsweetened and allow me to add my own sweetener. The citrus flavor is great and it comes with a little scoop. For the price, I feel like its making REALLY expensive lemonade that I could just make with ACV and a few squeezes of lemon/lime/oranges. I bought this product after watching a health video about how to make a gallon of daily detox/hydration water to store in the fridge and drink throughout the week. Maybe if I just use less of the scoop per recipe it might be better, but then I lose the potency/daily amount of the trace minerals.

I’m very active and this electrolyte helps me stay hydrated in our hot SC summers! I can easily add it to my water bottle and take it horseback riding or hiking! Great flavor too!

Disliked the taste, however the hydration is gives your body is the best there is out there. I drink it when I get up in the morning and throughout the day. If you feel tired just drink a large glass and your world will change. And it helps with hangovers.

These electrolytes are awesome! The lemon flavor is our favorite.
