The picture indicates you can simply tie the top, as with a bag that has 4 ears at the opening. This is not the actual item received. The item received has the little paper covered wire ties which is not what I wanted, but what I ordered - my fault for not looking closer at the description versus the picture. They are a quality bag - would buy them again.

I love contractor grade trash bags: never any worry they will rip apart no matter what you put in them. The only negative to these is they have no tabs or flaps to tie them closed so you have to leave enough room to be able to crush the contents and tie the corners together. Not a deal breaker but would be nice to have. The ones I got from Home Depot had these flaps.

The bottom of the bags are not sealed, thus the garbage goes straight out. Not worth my time to return. Closest UPS is 30 miles away and I have nothing for packaging. So disappointed.

Thought the price is high, I was able to get them quick. Well I’m impressed I just been shoving blackberry vines in them and they are holding up, minimum snagging, one bag I shoved a blackberry branch in just a little 3” tear I’ll still be able to load them up in my truck. Great size not a problem with the seam, which is only on the bottom. Come with twist but kind of chintzy with the thickness/ heaviness of these bags.

These are heavy duty and you can load these up with a lot of weight. Good quality and bang for your buck

Ive been buying the heavy duty 3ml , mainly from home depot, but got these from amazon instead. Didnt realize they come with ties , the twisty kind, not Flaps. Since Flaps are much more convenient i thought they were now standard... I will be more careful to read the fine print next time

I like these bags because they are so sturdy. I can dump in broken glass or other sharp items without worry that they will poke through. Also it’s tough enough the dogs or other critters don’t tear into it when it’s outside for the garbage. I can drag it over rough ground and rocks and have never had a bag tear. Perfect for me living out in the country where bears like to get in my trash.

First off these are strong thick plastic, no problem there! However in the pictures they clearly appear to have “handle ties” were the bags formed and or cut to have narrow handles that are easy tied, usually four of them. These bags are flat and straight like basic low cost bags. You will have to use wire ties on these bags or waste half the bag to ties a knot in them. Just be aware of what you are getting.

Did not like that the ties weren’t included.
