These blocks are cute for kids. I think these were made more for look than to help kids learn the elements. I wish there were a block per element so the child could set up the table. That would be helpful..

In my opinion the online photos dont to justice to the quality of these blocks. Their solid wood and super fun to play chemistry with or just engineering a tower.

This is like my 4th pack of these gifting to friends, always a hit.

I’m a former chemist so I absolutely love when our little one plays with these. I don’t know about other children but everything ends up being put in the mouth at some point or another. That being said I do try to be mindful of toy’s materials of construction. The inks used by this company are non-toxic which was a plus, the drawback being that you might not see the same durability as with others. But from my perspective safety is priority. The size of these is perfect for tiny toddler hands and the type of wood used has an appropriate density. Meaning when you build a tower and it falls on us, they’re light and won’t hurt.

These are wonderful blocks, though now our set is a bit out of date since IUPAC approved actual names for four new elements. I doubt my 13-month-old will notice :)
