Uncle Goose Periodic Table Blocks - Made in The USA

These were a present for my 14 month old nephew, whose parents do science stuff. He enjoys them, and they are pretty cute. The blocks are the same size as other Uncle Goose blocks - I also bought the nursery rhyme ones - so once he gets a little better at building, hell be able to combine them to make larger structures. They are well-made, the colors are nice, and I appreciate that they are made in the US and dont have any weird chemicals, so we dont have to worry about the kid or the dogs gnawing on them. They seem pretty sturdy, and havent gotten too scuffed up despite a couple of months of being in the active toy rotation, with a toddler who enjoys using them to stack, knock down, throw, chew on, etc.

Excellent quality! Printing is very well done, perfectly centered and very clear.

I’m a former chemist so I absolutely love when our little one plays with these. I don’t know about other children but everything ends up being put in the mouth at some point or another. That being said I do try to be mindful of toy’s materials of construction. The inks used by this company are non-toxic which was a plus, the drawback being that you might not see the same durability as with others. But from my perspective safety is priority. The size of these is perfect for tiny toddler hands and the type of wood used has an appropriate density. Meaning when you build a tower and it falls on us, they’re light and won’t hurt.

I do not feel these are worth the price, very small blocks i wouldnt say suitable for younger children

Great gift

I wish I had these way back when. I might have learned them for high school chemistry. I bought them for grandkids and hope the blocks will be helpful. The quality is good.

The tiny human didn’t care for the elements. But they have survived the drool. 10/10.
