Easy to install! No tools necessary! Hardest part was getting the exhaust hose to stay in the piece that attaches to the window insert.

It took me 5 minutes to assemble once I found the video tutorial. I live in Florida and the humidity can make the heat unbearable. Once this thing was in the room cooled down so fast. Great value.

Use the window seal it comes with for the slider gap and just order thicker weather seal to go over border of window kit.

I bought a used portable air conditioner from my neighbor and the window vent unit was damaged. I purchased this as a replacement. It was a little large for my small basement window, but I was able to trim it and it fit well. I especially liked the way the exhaust piece easily snapped securely into the window piece. It was easy to remove and take apart when it was time to store the a/c unit.

The product was perfectly packaged in carton box but was damaged inside. Still works fine but I’m disappointed. Sellers quality standards below my expectations.

Simple to install works perfectly

Easy to use easy to install however when it came down to fitting the hose in from my LG well that was a different matter we had to cut a little bit because the hose was a little bit bigger than the standard hold that unfortunately this came with about that made any sense but it works fine now its just that they when they say universal it should fit all sizes but it doesnt keep that in mind when you order it but other than that it works great and Im very happy with my purchase
