> 3 dayI got 2 sets for my niece and kid. They absolutely love it!! The quality, precision and details of build is superb from the tiniest to the largest doll. Im am speaking as a woodcrafts enthusiasts who has made a thing or two. As soon as it becomes available again, Im going to get another set for myself. These make great gifts for yourself or any craft / artist inclined person. Once my kid is done with hers shes going to put presents inside and gift them to her friends. I have to say that there are a lot of garbage products with high ratings on Amazon for various reasons. It is very unfortunate. However, there are certainly producers who make good products. This is one of them. Thank you!

> 3 dayDidn’t know what to expect as I’ve never painted a 3D object before—craftsmanship of the dolls were excellent. Not a single complaint. All the pieces felt sturdy and fit together with ease. Surface was easy to paint on. No wood defects. Gifted my first project and bought a 2nd set to also paint and gift.

> 3 dayI purchased these for my daughter and she loves them. Nicely made and fit well into each other. The connections/lids are well fitted (not loose).

> 3 dayWhat i like about this matryoshka is how smooth it feels when painted on and how they leave you instructions on how to make sure you seal it correctly when you out them back together, and how to keep them to stay good as new. Which is understandable because it handmade and its natural wood and its kind of fragile but all nesting dolls are. But the package, the info of the person who made them, the care instructions and how smooth the design feels is perfect for painting and worth the money. I highly recommend this brand over every naked nesting doll set Ive found.

> 3 dayI decided to add an update. Should have done this some time ago but finally getting around to it. I used artist-grade colored pencils and Micron to create my set and loved this wood to work on. Both the pencils and pen go on well because to wood is so well prepared. I am know going to get another set and make some more! Each piece of the Matryoshka is sanded beautifully and there are no knots or glaring imperfections. They are already lightly marked with a small pencil line so you know where the tops and bottoms should line up. They were packed in bubble wrap in a very nice and sturdy box. I am a colored pencil artist and am finishing a set that has wood thats nowhere near the quality of this one so Im looking forward to working with this. I would definitely recommend this product!

> 3 dayThe smallest one is very tiny barely 1/2 inch high so be aware. Otherwise great quality; I cant wait to paint them.

> 3 dayOf course I understand that in order to make these they have to be thin, but the bottom of one broke while painting, like it was paper, so cheap wood is the next thing I can think of, otherwise pretty good.
