12-06-2025My vacuum was starting to smell when I used it, so ordered these in hopes it helped, and it did!! Fits perfect, no issues. Highly recommend- Much easier than washing and drying the original.

> 3 dayI have 2 Dyson sticks. They work great. My opinion is: you need to change filters often. Don’t was filters & reuse. Throw them away. Micro dust gets through filter into motor, handle, everywhere. Take it outside and blow it out with a compressor. Carefully. Wear a mask & eye protection. I noticed a huge difference in house smell after use. These things pick up stuff that must vscs don’t or can’t. Trouble is: they can’t make a filter to keep that micro dust from getting into everything. Change filters often. Blow it out. If you’re mechanically inclined, take apart handle and blow it out. The smell will go away. But you have to maintain these. If you can’t do it, take to a vacuum shop. You’ll smell the difference. At minimum, buy filters and change them often.

> 3 dayIt is filters like this that make me regret not buying OEM filters. Filters for my Dyson vacuum are designed to have to be washed on occasion which I understand and appreciate. With my original filter, I had used it for 3 years and only had to wash it once every month. With these filters, it is the opposite case and I find myself having to wash them after every other use use and I vacuum 3-4 times a week. I have a small 2 bedroom apartment and primarily just get my living room. You can tell it has to be done based on the volume and pitch the dyson makes when turned on. Under normal use when the filter is cleaned and useable, its a low volume and you can both see and hear it working correctly. That is not the case with these filters, upon every use the dyson wails like a banshee struggling to suction, gasping for air and the cat hair on the floor remain there until I replace the filter with one that has not been used since its wash. There is a reason this product comes in a 3 pack. You have to switch it every time with every use and that is not worth the time money or effort. I would suggest NOT buying these. If this still does not convince you to avoid 3rd party, I hope that at the very least you buy OTHER 3rd party filters and not this garbage.

> 3 daySince we had our Dyson Vacuum, we have been cleaning the filter as suggested in the user guide. This was a bit of a faff but worked up to a point. Eventually the filters started to smell and we noticed a loss of suction power. We decided to buy these replacement filters and they work very well. No more smell, much improved suction power. We have only had them a couple of weeks and although we use the Dyson most days it is early days. But we wont bother rinsing them again at the price we will just by more of these.

> 3 daySo, I was going back and forth debating whether or not to buy this off brand filter, or buy Dyson brand for a ton more money for only one filter... well, most would say more for less is a no brainer! But, it being Dyson, its expensive and I was weary on buying this. Well, I made the right decision and bought these. I read all the reviews.. One thing that is true, when first putting in the new replacement filter, its tight and you have to press down a little. After while, it does loosen up, but doesnt lose suction. I love the brush, it helps keeping the dust off between washes. Great choice and would buy again, even if they end up not lasting as long as the original, I would rather buy this one.
