These didn’t seem to interfere with the vacuum suction power at. It did make a bit of a strange noise, but still worked fine. Nice to have some extra filters on hand when the original is drying.

I was led to believe that the HEPA filter that came with the V10 was supposed to be a lifetime filter that you just needed to wash in the sink. That couldnt be further from the truth. I have tried multiple times to clean that thing. Im almost certain that its just as dirty after washing it and waiting 2+ days for it to dry. After a while the stink from the filter and vacuum got so bad I knew it was time to replace the filter. I went to Amazon and sure enough there was plenty of options. The official Dyson filter is $40 for a single filter. I figure you should skip the whole washing nonsense and just replace the filter every few months. With that said, $40 is going to add up quickly. I found this 3-pack for less than $20. I figured thats an awesome price and definitely makes the filters disposable. But would they work as well as the original??? Yup! They work just as good as the original. I couldnt even tell the difference when I help the original and the new filter side by side. The fabric is just as thick and it fits into the vacuum perfectly. Best of all, no more smell!!!

I bought a refurbished Dyson V10 absolute 2 years ago and it just never worked right. Always weak to no suction at all and my wife and I eventually just stopped using it, and accepted that it was a bad move getting refurbished. It had one job and it couldn’t do it correctly. Despite that I never wanted to toss it, always reading up on possible issues with it but nothing ever worked when I tried troubleshooting it. I never thought about replacing the filter entirely bc the original is “washable and reusable”. Finding these though, I rolled the dice and figured why not, one last attempt before I really consider tossing the whole thing. Wow, I’m glad I didn’t! It truly was a bad filter that was sent from the beginning and these worked perfectly. My wife and I never felt suction from our vacuum the way we did after installing one of these onto the vacuum. Time will tell how durable they are but if we can get 3 months out of each filter, that’s not bad at all for the price. The fit is a little snug as mentioned in others reviews but nothing to wrestle over, and the material looks and feels on par to the original counterpart. Thank you!!

Dyson requires that after each vacuum the canister be cleaned and the filter washed. I run the vacuum daily so I needed extras so I always have a dry filter. Dyson should really give us extras when they ship their product…but they don’t. So I highly recommend these!!!

Always good to have several of these if you vacuum more than once a day. When the filters are not completely dry when using again, they can damage the Dyson motor & battery. I love these filters!!

Our V10 Animal vacuum had started acting blocked on its existing filter. I installed one of the new ones from this order and not only did it start working right away, the suction power was stronger than I could remember our vacuum ever having. The price was also great too, getting three filters for the price of one on Dysons website.

Since we had our Dyson Vacuum, we have been cleaning the filter as suggested in the user guide. This was a bit of a faff but worked up to a point. Eventually the filters started to smell and we noticed a loss of suction power. We decided to buy these replacement filters and they work very well. No more smell, much improved suction power. We have only had them a couple of weeks and although we use the Dyson most days it is early days. But we wont bother rinsing them again at the price we will just by more of these.

My wife just started using this filter and it seems to be working just great, like original equipment. Cant beat the price.

After reading the reviews I figured I would give these a try as my vacuum no longer worked because the filter was so dirty. I needed them immediately and amazon is quick to deliver. This looks like the original except without the price tag and my vacuum sucked up more than it had in a long time. I now know why it is so important to change the filter and love that I have backups already on hand. 100 % recommend
