High quality plastic. We use this for the outside water dish. Really big, good size for thirsty piggies in the summer time.

These bowls last forever. We have another dog in the house and needed a bowl so we stuck with what we knew. The others are still in use after 13 years.

I needed a wide deep dish for my cats. This dish is large enough that they cant knock it over. It would easily serve a medium size dog and possibly a large one. I like the quality of the bowl and it looks very durable.

Its giant... My dog loves it.

Light- until you put water in. It holds a LOT- so doesnt move around. My only complaint is that my cat loves water and will play in it. It is BIG. Good bowl for the price!
