I LOVED this umbrella. It was super fun to have and caused a few people to laugh when they saw that it had cats and dogs on it. I really enjoyed how it opened and didnt mind the slightly disjointed closure on it. I saw that in the description the umbrella is advertised to withstand 60mph winds. While I cant totally account for that speed of winds, I can say that it does well under the South Dakota plain winds. It didnt handle my cat though. He decided to attack it during the night when I left it open to dry and its completely broken. Im so sad! Im probably going to be another one! Completely worth the price!!!

It did its job which was protecting me from the rain on a trip I just took. The lady bugs changed to red in the rain which made me smile. (Thought not all of them did not sure if it was suppose to be that way or what) It was bigger than I first thought but it still fit in my bag.

Such fun to watch and my spouse can find me in a crowd. Plus size is great

Item arrived defective and was much smaller than I imagined. Unfortunately this one wasnt a win for me- keep an eye on the measurements to make sure it will fit your needs and be sure to check yours upon arrival to make sure it isnt DOA.

Does not close properly. I bought this for my 8 yr old and she cant close it. I even struggled with it. It is very difficult and tries to pop back open. I had searched kids umbrellas so I hoped it would be easy for my child.

For a person who is on the go, I dont have time to struggle with closing the umbrella. The umbrella seems to get stuck in three different areas and then you need to tuck the bottom of the umbrella in to wrap it closed with the Velcro strap... all this being said I cant even imagine going to school with this and having to fight with it while it is wet and while Im trying to stay dry once getting inside a building. Another thing I noticed is that the fabric appears to be connected with plastic connectors like the ones that hold price tags on clothing some and in some areas the fabric appears to be connected to the frame with a good about of thread. Wth? If the wind catches good enough I would not trust the connectors. All that being said, Im returning it.
