Verve Ultra SLS-Free Toothpaste with Fluoride, 4.5 oz. (Pack of 4)

I have a severe problem with cankers if I use a toothpaste with SLS in it. This works well and tastes good. I have used it for close to three years now. The price is reasonable too.

Verve Ultra SLS Free toothpaste is a life saver. I hope this review helps other people with a sensitivity to SLS (sodium laurel sulfate). My dentist and oral hygienist love and dislike me. I enjoy brushing and flossing after meals. I use more than the recommended pea sized amount of toothpaste and brush like my life depends on it. My teeth are in great shape but I have developed a sensitivity to SLS. The inside of my mouth turns white and then peels in small patches then sloughs off. There is a rather raw and painful feeling and the sensitivity of my teeth went through the roof. Sodium Laurel Sulfate is found in almost every toothpaste , it creates foam and helps remove debris. For the vast majority of people it is not a problem. A great alternative is Verve Ultra with fluoride. Verve toothpaste has no SLS or the alternative Cocamidoprpyl Betaine which acts in the same manner. My mouth is lef feeling clean and refreshed after gentle brushing. The only cons are the higher price point and the mint is flavor is milder than I would prefer. However it is well worth the tradeoff. Highly recommend.

Love this toothpaste and have been using it now for at least a couple of years. Definitely keeps canker sores away. I didnt give it five stars because of packaging flaws: the cap breaks off very easily and the tube itself has gotten slits and breaks at the end of the tubing so toothpaste squeezes out there. Ive duct taped several tubes because of the later issue. The cap issue is just irritating and makes it difficult to travel with. Again, this is a great toothpaste- the company just needs to work on improving packaging design.

My Dentist suggested I use this toothpaste since it is SLS free and has fluoride. My Mother has been going treatments and was having issues. She started using this product too and her mouth cleared up! A little expensive, but worth the results.

A few years ago I switched to verve toothpaste after years of battling cold sores. Cold sores completely disappeared and Ive never gone back.

My 10 yr son has always suffered from sores in his mouth. The dr keeps saying he may grow out of them, but weve just seen them get worse as he gets older. We had heard that SLS in toothpaste can cause sores, so we had tried other toothpastes that were SLS free. BUT, he still got sores constantly (multiple sores in his mouth at all times). Finally, I did another search on Amazon and came across this toothpaste. He has been using it for months now and has only had one or two sores since then - and they were when he was fighting a virus (which always makes his sores worse). That is amazing and he has commented on how nice it is to now be in pain. I highly recommend this to others who are prone to sores in their mouth; its the only thing my son has tried that made a big difference.

Great product. Bought it because if frequent canker sores. Cant remember the last time I had one,thank god. Its got a great flavor,doesnt foam up that much, which is fine. Will definitely purchase again!

I love this tooth paste. Got it to fight canker sores and it works very well. I will Not use any other tooth paste. Great taste too.

Id pay anything to stop the canker sores and this sls free toothpaste does just that for me!

Been using this product > 1 year. No cavities. Almost no more sores. When I do get a sore, it is much less pronounced. Because Verves product has no SLS, the sores are far less aggravated from brushing than when I used any other (pick a brand) toothpastes
