Verve Ultra SLS-Free Toothpaste with Fluoride, 4.5 oz. (Pack of 4)

No oral cankers since using this toothpaste

My daughter is using this because she has an allergy to Sodium laurel sulfate. We have eliminated all products that contain it (soap, shampoos, etc). It causes canker sores and excema. This toothpaste works great. I just wish there was a non mint version. Mint is a trigger for giving her crusty dry lips.

Im on my second tube of this toothpaste and I must say Im extremely happy with it. It resolved all of my canker sores. I had for years lots and lots of canker sores and I recently read that SLS will promote canker sores. So I bought this toothpaste without SLS and almost like magic, my canker sores vanished. I couldnt be happier. The toothpaste has a nice consistency and has a great fresh taste. Im very satisfied with it and would recommend it to other people, especially those who have suffered with canker sores like I did for years. Plus for those who like floride, it has a little more than your average toothpaste. Most toothpastes are about 1.5 or 1.6% flouride, but this is 2%. I dont mind flouride since I spit it out for sure, but its been shown to be good for teeth

This is a fantastic toothpaste that is very gentle on gums and tongue. Contains fluoride so necessary to banish cavities. Love it, would highly recommend it to anyone with a sensitive mouth, and, will definitely be re-ordering. So grateful for Verve!

I get terrible mouth and gum irritation from any toothpaste with sls. Several years ago, I tried virtually every toothpaste that was sls free. None of them cleaned my teeth to my satisfaction. I am very picky, and want my teeth to really feel clean. I found Verve on Amazon, and bought the 4-pack based on the solid reviews.It cleans very well, and my Sonicare toothbrush makes a big difference in that area. I agree that it is difficult to get out of the tube, so I tried kneading it for 30 seconds or so...it definitely flowed a bit easier. If the tube ever cracks open from the kneading, I will put the rest in a glass jar with a tight fitting lid. I will do whatever it takes to keep this product on my must-have list. ETA...I unscrewed the top, and although the opening is the same size, the toothpaste dispensed much easier after kneading.

When Rembrandt Toothpaste - Extra Gentle - For Canker Sore Relief was discontinued, I tried several SLS free toothpastes in my hunt for a replacement. Verve Ultra leaves a long lasting fresh mouth taste. Im sticking with this one. I thought CloSYS left an odd metallic lingering taste, and tossed it after one use. Squigle did not leave a fresh mouth feeling, at all. Im not surprised that Verve has been rated so highly on the customer reviews. I like that Verve has fluoride and is made in the USA. Im very pleased with Verve.

I literally was almost in tears when I found out that Rembrandt had discontinued its Gentle White SLS Free toothpaste. I had used that toothpaste for 15 years. I even called their parent company and wrote them (as they said many have done the same) so who knows maybe one day it will return. But until that day I started my quest for a substitute. I bought Rembrants Deeply White (which they said was a substitute...NOT!), Squigle, Toms of Maine, Closys, and a Whole Foods SLS free brand but didnt like any of them. I went online and found Verve Ultra and so far it is the best of all of them. I literally tossed all the other ones in the garbage yesterday. Hoping this doesnt cause cankers as I just started using this week, but so far so good. YEAH!!!

I have been using this toothpaste for two years now. Previously I would get a nasty sore in my mouth several times a year. I have changed nothing except toothpaste. No sores for 2 years straight. Kind of pricey, but worth it so far... If the price keeps rising I may look around. Hope not.
