Verve Ultra SLS-Free Toothpaste with Fluoride, 4.5 oz. (Pack of 4)

After I started using Verve, I have not had any more canker sores. No more burning mouth from the sulfate in most toothpastes.

It’s toothpaste and it does what toothpaste is supposed to do.

I was looking for a toothpaste that didnt have sodium lauryl sulfate (which is associated with irritation and canker sores. I was pleasantly surprised with this nice tasting aqua colored gel. It does a good job of tooth cleaning. Moreover, after 3 weeks of using it I find my oral mucosa is not as prone to the abrasion or swelling U experienced with my previous toothpaste that contained sodium lauryl sulfate. I am a dentist, and have recommended this product to several of my patients.

If you need SLS-free toothpaste, Verve is the way to go. It doesnt taste weird like some of the others Ive tried and has a nice mint flavor.

Excellent toothpaste if you are cursed with recurrent mouth sores

Reason for my purchase: I have always experienced issues with canker sores in my mouth. Essentially, for me, canker sores develop when I am getting sick and they multiply very quickly. As I have aged (I am only 26) I have experienced canker sores from foods, sunflower seeds and I am sure other foods. I eat very clean and am an active individual so I know my diet really isnt a huge contributor to canker sores, other than the sunflower seeds I eat. In addition, I get them from stress; graduate school hasnt helped my cause. How well it worked for me: OUTSTANDING! I have been using this toothpaste for only a week and notice a HUGE difference in my mouth! I can usually tell right away when I am going to get an inflamed taste bud or canker sore. This toothpaste has helped immensely to diminish my existing canker sores, relieve a majority of sore inflammation and prevent new ones from developing. I know this because when I develop one sore I begin to get several other around my mouth. I used to just get them on the outer wall of inside my mouth and now they develop on my tongue, which is twice as painful. I also experience fevers from them, so I really understand how painful they can be. Before I purchased this I used Sensodyne toothpaste, which really helped regarding tooth sensitivity while whitening and this seems to be working well for that as well. I suggest buying this product, even though it is a quantity of 4, it will be worth it. I use it in combination with prevention everyday mouth rinse. I have also purchased prevention oncology mouth rinse, which I use when I have a flare of sores, and they both have helped A LOT in combination. I am finally getting some relief :).

This stuff really works! It actually prevents the canker sores that some people can get, which are caused by a sensitivity to regular toothpaste. When my son uses this 100% of the time he has NO canker sores. When he tries an alternate brand, or god forbid runs out of Verve, the canker sores are back with a vengeance. I try to make sure we never run out!

Pretty good taste and appreciate the lack of SLS. My mouth is sensitive to toothpastes. Brands like Crest cause ulcers for me. This stuff is gentle!

After 15 years using Squigle Enamel Saver (and being seriously devoted to it because it was the only thing that helped eliminate years of canker sores), Im a convert. Verve has the same SLS-free benefits, but is mintier and longer-lasting. I actually wake up in the morning with a fresh mouth that smells and tastes good! (And no canker sores after a month of use.) Verve is it for me from now on.

I typically get 3-4 canker sores a year. Its been like that my whole life (Im 41). Started using this 6 months ago, and zero canker sores since then. Im kind of pissed at myself for not discovering this earlier, so much pain and annoyance could have been avoided.
