> 24 hourFirst off I want to say that I am upgrading from a 720p 3d viewsonic projector so while I think the picture Im getting on this new model looks freaking amazing, it wouldnt be hard for me to be impressed by any 4k projector that I see now. So that being said the picture is truly mind blowing even with only minor adjustments. Next, gaming looks awesome as well (xbox one). I really did notice faster game play because of the low latency. So now my one and only issue I have. It is not showing 3D correctly. The problem is the picture is severely shaking or flickering. I was able to play 3d fine on my old projector and now this one does not. I even upgraded my bluray to a 4k to see if it fixed the issue and still the same. I am using optical hdmi cables 50ft. From projector to source. Have had zero issues outside of the 3d playback so its not cables or connections. I really feel like my unit is defective. And I will likely return and ask for a replacement. The specs say it does 3d so it shouldnt be an issue.

> 24 hourLove the projector used as my living room tv on a 100 inch screen it has great image and shows up well in a sunny room but in the end I sent it back and got an 85 inch 4K tv my living room is a little to bright and I wanted a sharper pic but if your room can be darkened in the day this thing rocks

> 24 hourI already have a Ben-Q short-throw projector ... but wow, this ViewSonic redefines short throw. I can plug this into the laptop dock on my on my desk, and it projects a big screen image on the very wall that my desk sits against ... 2 feet away from the projector. This feels like the end of ever having to worry about whether your home theater is long enough to get a big screen image projected. That problem feels fully solved with this project. Its truly amazing. And the picture is fantastic, to say the least.

> 24 hourGreat picture quality for the price. Hooked up my google chromecast and able to cast like a TV and use apps. People who complains about this doesnt know what a projector is. Dont buy this if you want the same built in features as a TV, because a projector is not a TV.

> 24 hourMy other projector is an Epson Laser short throw, so I was expecting a...shorter short throw. But my Epson went down and this showed up at my door, and wow, this is a terrific little projector. The distance from the wall in the photo is 78. The HD resolution is great, not as good as the Epson, but for the difference in price...I have it connected to an Amazon Fire TV box. Using Bose computer speakers. Theres a computer audio plug on the back of the projector along with a couple of phone plugs, two HDMI connectors and VGA. Im wondering when VGA connectors will finally disappear. So, this is a great projector. Highly recommended.

> 24 hourPurchased may 2021, and a week ago the projector died on me. Doesnt want to power up, at first I thought it could be the bulb. But read that it has an indicator for the bulb replacement. It still should power up but with out an image. Check cord, check receptacle, it simply wont power up. Warranty is 1yr I figured. 1yr and 3months its gone. Cant complain of image quality cuase was great but maybe more quality in internals could really help for years of service. Sorry Viewsonic but I move to another brand.

> 24 hourThis was the cheapest projector I could find that seemed to meet all my requirements without any fatal flaws. I hoped it would cost less. Ive been using this as my main TV for several weeks and so far am happy with it. Notes: - Good brightness. No problem watching in daytime, do sometimes close the blinds. - Internal speaker is OK but we did end up hooking up a better speaker via 3.5mm. - Keystone correction is digital-only. - Lens has zoom adjustment but its limited. - Projector gets quite hot while operating. - Picture quality is sharp, with good color. Overall very happy with the visual experience. So far this projector has met my expectations and I have no major gripes. I will update this review if it craps out...
