> 24 hourthe picture quality, refresh rate, and price are amazing, however ive been having a lot of issues with this monitor. maybe once every 2 weeks it will randomly black screen for 10 minutes, or display an error message out of range and have a messed up resolution that requires a restart. there is no discernible cause for these errors but they are disruptive. they are fixable so its not the worst but it has interrupted a handful of ranked online matches and its been a little frustrating.

> 24 hourThis monitor was my step into the world of 240hz gaming and this is the most welcoming introduction I have had. The picture quality is actually quite decent, but if you are a fan of anything higher than 1080p, you may want to check elsewhere. Higher resolution aside, the picture quality is still very crisp, the color is great, and my games still look stunning. The 240hz refresh rate is smooth as butter, and I am able to aim perfectly with it. I would recommend this to anybody!

> 24 hourThe screen itself looks way better than I expected for this price point, but the power cord on the 24 model is so short I cant do any cable management. Really its so short that I cant even position it properly on my desk. The cord really needs to be 2-3 feet longer if you want to have your cables managed nicely.

> 24 hourGood luck figuring out the settings on this one. The product manual has no useful information, the website has even less. When I reached out to customer service for any kind of help I got a we dont have that information. I guess thats a kinder way of putting IDK LOL, but equally useless. On top of that the picture is smeary as all get out when trying to push high framerates on PC. Works ok in 120Hz on my Xbox one. But thats not why you buy a 240Hz monitor. Spend a little more and dont give VIOTEK your money since they dont even understand how their own product works.

> 24 hourIf I did not have two Apple monitors that are more accurate running with it I would give it 5 stars.

> 24 hourWas pleased with monitor, until I noticed a stuck pixel. Thought that I could just ignore it until I noticed another one. Thought to myself, these are in the far corners of the monitor, Ill be fine. Until I was watching a Twitch stream and saw SEVERAL bright pixels in the bottom-left corner. Decided to return the monitor through the manufacturer. Now Im waiting between 6-20 business days for them to process it, so Ill be lucky if I get the monitor before December.
