Bought for my son. He did alot of research and this one seemed to be best for quality and price. He is extremely happy with it.

The monitor is very good, refresh rate is amazing and the picture quality is good until you look up at the monitor but I’ve played on it for almost a month and it was really good no problem yet.I’ve learned to not trust the other comments and it was a good idea

I received this monitor today. Pulled it out of the box and get it all setup and turned on my computer and got nothing but a white screen. Changed out HDMI cables to see if there was an issue with them, and still nothing but a white screen. Boxed it back up and shipped it back within an hour of getting it.

Good luck figuring out the settings on this one. The product manual has no useful information, the website has even less. When I reached out to customer service for any kind of help I got a we dont have that information. I guess thats a kinder way of putting IDK LOL, but equally useless. On top of that the picture is smeary as all get out when trying to push high framerates on PC. Works ok in 120Hz on my Xbox one. But thats not why you buy a 240Hz monitor. Spend a little more and dont give VIOTEK your money since they dont even understand how their own product works.

I got this monitor 2 months ago, till now no issue. My brother is gamer and he plays lot and lot of games without any delay which we had seen in other monitors

Easy to set up, pull it out of the box and plug in, that easy. Options are easy to navigate, has a few things to try and mess around with. Crosshair option is cool, I was able to get the picture quality to look really nice. Screen is viewable from anywhere you stand. UPDATE: I have now had the opportunity to test a few other monitors within the same price range, the borders on this monitor are big making a dual or triple monitor setup for gaming not right, presets dont save, might need an update. I returned mine and went with another kind on amazon and am super happy, 1ms and 240hz as well with super colors, I no longer recommend this monitor. I went threw better choice products and have not been happy with the return time. Everytime I turned on the monitor the bottom half of the screen would be super white and the top half dark, must have a super bright light along the bottom of the screen sometimes it would cause it to have a glare in a daylight lit room, I tried to turn it up to 1 ms and 240hz and started to see blur, my other monitor, different brand does not do that and looks great, it only did it to some games though with this one. overall its a good monitor but there are better out there for this price.

No dead pixels, high refresh rate and cheap. But the Plug for the power makes a constant high pitch buzz when the monitor is off or isnt displaying anything. Loud enough that I can hear it across the room.

I use this for gaming and it’s fantastic! My GPU needs an upgrade but it’s a true 240hz monitor. For $300 it’s pretty worth it. Compared to most out there, this is highly worth the money. The monitor has great picture quality and a bunch of setting you can mess with for the perfect setup. One thing i did notice is that the Display Port cord it comes with, is the best option to get that 240hz. I tried an hdmi and it didn’t seem to to recognize the 240 and capped at 119.9hz.

It’s dope just get it if you have the money. My display was perfect no dead pixels everything was good and 240hz is so smooth. But if you don’t really have the money just get a 144 hz moniter or a 165hz moniter there isn’t much of a difference between them.

    Greater than one week

Aside from the jaw dropping clarity, mine did have audio output.
