Greater than one weekI received this monitor and immediately noticed dead pixels. I set up an Amazon return and replace only to have the seller (VioTek) cancel my replacement twice so far. So much for their No dead pixel guarantee. Buyer beware.

> 3 dayEasy to set up, pull it out of the box and plug in, that easy. Options are easy to navigate, has a few things to try and mess around with. Crosshair option is cool, I was able to get the picture quality to look really nice. Screen is viewable from anywhere you stand. UPDATE: I have now had the opportunity to test a few other monitors within the same price range, the borders on this monitor are big making a dual or triple monitor setup for gaming not right, presets dont save, might need an update. I returned mine and went with another kind on amazon and am super happy, 1ms and 240hz as well with super colors, I no longer recommend this monitor. I went threw better choice products and have not been happy with the return time. Everytime I turned on the monitor the bottom half of the screen would be super white and the top half dark, must have a super bright light along the bottom of the screen sometimes it would cause it to have a glare in a daylight lit room, I tried to turn it up to 1 ms and 240hz and started to see blur, my other monitor, different brand does not do that and looks great, it only did it to some games though with this one. overall its a good monitor but there are better out there for this price.

> 3 dayI bought this for work as a software engineer and for gaming. Pros so far: I like the menu options that the monitor has. It is very easy to navigate. The design is very sleek. Cons so far: -The screen flickers(screen goes black for a full second and then returns to normal after). It flickers at a minimum of 5 times a minute, but I have had times when it happens around 20 times a minute. -The screws that keep the monitor on the mount were very tight. One of the screws were stripped (I am using the monitor for a dual setup, so I had to put it on my mount). -The package was very beat up when it arrived. It was in a large box with about a foot of free space to get shook around in. The inner box was also beat up. I was however surprised that there werent any scratches or VISIBLE damage when I unboxed the monitor, so that was nice. I am expecting the company works with me to get this fixed. I will share how the customer service goes as I receive it. Edit: I sent back the monitor. Another monitor came in a box that looked like it was stabbed with a spear. Oddly enough, the monitor was not damaged. It works fine. If I was to buy another monitor, it would not be this one simply because the way the packages arrive. The box was shredded both times. The first time there was no packing bubbles. Long story short, it works, but arrived in terrible conditions.

> 3 dayThe monitor is very good, refresh rate is amazing and the picture quality is good until you look up at the monitor but I’ve played on it for almost a month and it was really good no problem yet.I’ve learned to not trust the other comments and it was a good idea

Greater than one weekI love this monitor, its the perfect size and you can easily change the screen from landscape to vertical view. It has many great features at a great price.

> 3 dayI use this for gaming and it’s fantastic! My GPU needs an upgrade but it’s a true 240hz monitor. For $300 it’s pretty worth it. Compared to most out there, this is highly worth the money. The monitor has great picture quality and a bunch of setting you can mess with for the perfect setup. One thing i did notice is that the Display Port cord it comes with, is the best option to get that 240hz. I tried an hdmi and it didn’t seem to to recognize the 240 and capped at 119.9hz.

> 3 dayIve had this monitor for several months now, and Ive seen how it performs •This monitor DOES in fact run at 240hz at 1ms. •The power switch is kinda garbage though. Imagine an Xbox joystick, but clunkier. You move it in a certain direction to do the OSD stuff, and press it in to select. **HOWEVER**, as you can see in the pictures, it has recently...broke? It now flashes different RGB colors, along with a black box in the middle that has a bunch of different info about the monitor. It was after I tried turning it on with the (as mentioned before, garbage) power switch that it started doing this. Sooooooooo, I decided to get a return/replacement directly from them, so I emailed them It took **72 hours* to get a message from them...I guess thats fine? The message after 72 hours was: Thank you for blah blah....Please fill out this RMA form and someone from our returns/repairs team will get back to you within 2-3 business days...so...a longer wait. OK After 2 days, I get this: We have received your Return Authorization Request Submission! Currently, our processing time for your inquiry is approximately 1-5 business days. We will contact you via email with further instructions. So an even longer wait... 3 days after THAT email, I got an email asking to send them a pic of it. So I did A little while later that day, I got an email with the return info, what I need to print off, etc, along with this: The typical RMA processing time is about six business days from the time the item was physically received at our facility. We do apologize for the wait. Those six days arent including the time it takes for the monitor to GET there, or come BACK (if they even deem it worthy of reparation TL:DR Cheap monitor, worked for a bit. Customer service is meh, the wait time for Vioteks warranty to do its crap is...........long. Hopefully you dont have problems with yours
