> 3 day(Middle monitor) Great monitor specially if you’re not trying to mount it because that was the only problem I had, to mount it, I spent hours trying to mount it with the screws it came with but I couldn’t, I had to get some other really longer ones and still was only able to screw down 2 out of 4 of them. Picture quality is great, you can also really see the 144 hz compare to others 60 hz monitors I have.

Greater than one weekOk, so this is day 1. I realize things may change over time, but right out of the box I am loving this monitor. Zero dead pixels. Beautiful colors and sharpness. Playing Division 2 and the change from my previous 24 Asus monitor is just ridiculous. I feel like Im gaming at a movie theater. I am no expert and dont have any tools to measure things like response rate, but I sure havent noticed any ghosting or lag or anything. It plays super smooth. It defaulted to 2560x1440 when I hooked it up, although at 60hz. It was simple to change it to 120 or 144hz though in my graphics settings. I read a couple of reviews from people saying the monitor was a little dark even at 100% brightness. I have no idea what they were seeing, but this came set to 90% from the factory and it was so bright I couldnt stand to look at it. I have turned it all the way down to 20% and its now comfortable on my eyes. YMMV but its way more than bright enough for me. All the features are working. The audio out for my headphones is fine. Display port and HDMI ports (all 3) work. Picture in Picture works great. i have my work laptop connected as a second input and can switch between it ansd my personal PC easily. One thing to note, there is a Picture Beside Picture option for dual inputs where the screen is halved and you can see both inputs at the same time. It works, but it screws the resolution up where everything so distorted its not really useable. Ive fiddled with other (lower) resolutions but that didnt help much. Maybe Ill try a custom resolution if I can set it. 1280x1440 might work. Overall I am extremely pleased at the initial experience. I was a little worried that a cheap, lesser known brand monitor might have issues but its solid and beautiful. Would buy another in a heartbeat.

> 3 day27in 2560x1440 144hz Decided to take a gamble on this monitor. When I first Plugged it in with the HDMI cable I was was using prior I was getting black screen flickering and random pixels flickering green (whenever I had it set to 144hz. which is what I bought this one for!) Switching it to 120Hz made it seem to work ok. So I rearranged the orientation of my office and brought the Tower to the other side of the corner gaming desk so I could try out the DP cable that the monitor came with. (Its not the longest of cables) As soon as I did that. I got it to work great. No flickering at 144hz. I am now very relieved. Brightness is on the dark side and some things look darker than Id prefer. But for $250. Im happy.

> 3 dayPROS: Phone and online support/service was excellent so far. Just FEDEXd the monitor to them. Was happy with the monitor when it was working. CONS: Around 7 months into ownership the monitor kept losing the input signal. Changed all the cables, tried all the ports (including video card). Intermittent issue that would happen at anytime (maybe after an 1 hour, few days or a week. Sometimes took me days to get it running again. Connected another older monitor up and its been working for weeks without any issues. P.S. I did just buy another identical monitor. The price has gone up about $40 or $50 from the first one. Wondering if this is another manufacturer taking advantage of COVID with everyone needing more stay at home monitors and PCs. Oh last thing. I just found out the monitor was from China. Had I known that before the two purchases I would have shopped around for a non-Chinese monitor. The reason being the Chinese governments (not people) aggression and treatment of people throughout the world. If I remember Ill update this after getting my monitor back and set up for a few weeks. Stay safe and enjoy life folks.

> 3 dayI play games but this was more for day trading so i didnt want to spend too much for a larger monitor. I have a previous model from viotek as well, the gn32dr. Compring the 2, i like the licture quality and brightness on this model but the stand is definitely lower quality. The older model was a tripod that took up a good chunk of desk space but was SOLID....that thing never moves/wobbles. This model is only a 2 leg stand and the monitor when a train comes by my house. Although it has some movement, its not to the point of concern where you think it will fall off or anything like that; its just not quite as stable as the previous model. That being said this was about $70 cheaper than that model so investing in a mount may be a way to fix that if its an issue for you. No dead pixels, had it out of box and usable within 5 minutes or so. I would definitely buy this again. Viotek is a nice budget brand for good quality and high refresh rate without spending >$400+ 3 year no dead pixel warranty made me feel comfortable making this purchase. Just something to consider....some people are hard to please and some of the bad reviews i read were nitpicky and not things i would be concerned about like response being 4ms vs 1ms and the brightness, which i see nothing wrong with. Picture quality looks good to me and fit my budget. No complaints here after 2 weeks of use. Ill update if anything changes

> 3 dayI was looking for a good 27inch monitor which is either a 4k or 2k panel. I came across this model. There arent a lot reviews on youtube for this product which is kinda shame because it is actually a great panel. Pros: 1. Lets face it, its budget friendly. I got mine for 260 bucks. 2. Resolution is amazing and color calibration is little bit on the saturated end. Picture and video looks crisp and nice. 3. Great response time. 5ms is probably an overstatement. I actually tested it. It usually falls somewhere around 6-7ms which is still great. 4. VESA compatible 5. Beautiful and subtly curved screen. Cons: 1. The HDMI cable included is trash. It doesnt really support fast data transfers required for 2k display. (I would suggest getting a displayport 1.4 cable for this model and not HDMI) 2. Stand included is not good. Youre better off buying a VESA mount and stand separately. 3. Its not bright enough. Overall, I am happy with this monitor. I would definitely recommend it.

Greater than one weekThis monitor was a great deal for what you get! The included stand has skiing legs sticking out wide, so I recommend a wall mount or vesa desk mount. Unfortunately at the time of writing, I cannot get this monitor to run 1440p 120hz with my Xbox Series X. It supposedly needs hdmi 2.1 even for 1440p120hz. However, I hear there are rumors Microsoft might fix this. Yes, the monitor is hdmi 2.0, but my MSI laptop can run 1440p up to 144hz on it no problem (with a 40mbps hdmi or greater cable). No dead pixels yet, and it has freesync support. Built in center crosshairs are optional in the OSD.

> 3 dayGot this monitor as my first ever gaming monitor to try out with my PS5. One of the main reasons for the purchase was of course the 144Hz however, even playing a PS5 game capable of 120Hz, with all of the console performance mode settings turned on etc, this monitor seems to lock at 60Hz for some reason. Im using the PS5 included hdmi cable and have tried a couple others as well. As far as Im aware an HDMI to DP cable (not adapter) isnt really a thing so I cant try that. Not Viotek refund/good conscious credit eligible since purchased from another Amazon retailer when not being sold (at the time) on Viotek Amazon store. Smh... Ive contacted Viotek support and spent about a week getting 0 answers. Being told to use a different cable. Being told there arent any settings I can change on the monitor. Being told to check the PS5 settings. Then after not being given any answers told to ask Playstation. What info will they have on why your monitor wont switch to 120Hz when all of the system settings are ready to send 120Hz? If theres something Ive missed, please someone let me know what I need to do and I can update this product review. Also told I cant get a refund due to not purchasing from Viotek themselves. Kinda makes sense but they didnt offer anything at all in lieu of this monitor not performing as listed. Only reason I spend the money with them.

Greater than one weekOverall the monitor works as a monitor, which is great. However a couple of criticisms that weigh on me are a) VESA mounting this monitor opens up a huge hole in the back covered by the monitor mount which is quite ugly, and b) for some reason this monitor uses an AC adapter. Like, its basically a laptop charger. This makes cable management... interesting... as theres essentially a brick hanging off your monitor. Im still trying to work it out. And c) the power state LED for this thing is basically a giant blue flashlight pointing down. Its insanely bright and flashes at night so Ive had to tape over it. If you want a functional monitor with good specs and a small pricetag, go for it. if you have any plans of a low-profile, cable-free, minimalist battlestation, maybe look elsewhere.
