I returned the first box because the user guide had been removed and the second package was the same way, not satisfied at all

Absolutely NOT NOT NOT user friendly. The styles are very dated and to change any scales is a total nightmare. Scanning photos not easy and forget it if you have surveys or blueprints to scan it even worse than a nightmare. So frustrated! What I was excited about getting for my birthday has turned into the worst gift ever!!!!! Dont waste your time or money.

We are remodeling and were hoping to use this to do our makeover project. It is so complicated to use that we are discouraged. We have some computer know how and still are unable to understand the program. This must be for more advanced builders and drafters.

This program has brought hours of entertainment for our family as well as helping my husband design our basement. It is easy to figure out for users of all levels.

Kept locking up and shutting down. NOT user friendly. Nothing worked properly and could not insert the landscape items. Returning it.

Love the program and a great price. It installs easily and has many useful functions. It arrived quickly and came with a rebate also.

You can build walls and such, but you have to build the walls, the floors, the ceilings, the roof, etc... room by room.

I had a design package 10 years ago that worked great. Unfortunately, it was not supported on newer OSs, and I think it went out of business. This was the only one at Office Depot, so I bought it. Its worse than the 10 year old one. Not intuitive, and the most basic items - such as setting the boundaries - are a huge PITA. Stay away!!
