This works perfect for my cats. Makes being gone overnight a lot easier!

I did not have a problem with any of the functions. Everything works great.

Since writing my initial review about this feeder and the granule size issue, I have been contacted numerous times via email by a person saying they are from the company, yet they have a gmail address that seems like a personal address - not a company address. Seems odd. They say they have corrected the issue and are asking me to delete my review. I hope they truly have corrected the issue. I have updated my review. And actually, my initial comments were not to discourage people from purchasing the feeder. It was only posted to get people to pay attention to the size of their cat food granules related to the feeder they purchase.

First delivery was missing a piece. Spoke with customer service and was able to exchange the product for a new one with all pieces needed. I love that you can program different amounts of food for different times. I have 3 feeding times set. I do wish I could see what how much food is left in the container but I know it lasts about 2 weeks! Overall, love this machine.

Voice part doesnt work. Record your voice and you get a loud annoying humming almost grinding sound from the speaker. And I recommend adding the fact you have to hold the lock button to the manual since it just sais to press the lock button and you have to hold it. Other than that so far so good.

We like the option to change the portion size for each meal. Only wish it was able to set potion sizes on each side. Very reliable and easy to clean.

I had to leave my cats for a couple of weeks and even though we had someone scheduled to come every day, I wanted to make sure my cats would always have food (and water -- other product). I had cameras installed and was able to keep track of everything for the cats, but it was very nice to see/know that my babies always had food, especially during the few days here and there where my friend couldnt make it to my home.

I love this product! It is very easy to set up, and it has gotten my cats to be less demanding for food.

I am very pleased with the Voluas Automatic Freder. We set the timer for 7 a.m. and the food comes out as scheduled. It also worked while we were on vacation without any issues. I highly recommend this feeder especially if you travel alot or away from home alot.

Bought this feeder for my 2 cats. I love it! I can set the time and amount of food they get. They know exactly when it’s feeding time. Great purchase! Definitely recommend!
