It was a bit unclear how much one portion is equal too. It takes time and trial and error to figure out how much is perfect to feed your animal.

Set up was a little wonky, but was easy enough. I’m still working on getting the portions good for my 2 cats. They sometimes eat at the same time and sometimes they queue, but it works well. The sound of food going into the bowl is a bit loud, so I wouldn’t recommend to a super light sleeper. The hopper is secure, as my snack cat is always trying to get into it and has no success.

love this product! however, there are a few things that could be done better. the directions arent super clear, and portion sizes vary so you will have to guess and check a few times to make sure youre feeding your kitties the right portion. portion 3 is about 1/4 cup, which is what im sticking with to feed my cats in the morning. happy with how it works, no issues. thank god i can sleep past 7am now. does not come with batteries btw, so you will have to use your own

Took some tweaking to get it set up right. But seems to be working. A little frustrating to program but once you get it all set up it’s fine. Arrived very quickly

I liked the convince of it since I went on vacation and I have two cats. This was perfect. My cats couldnt get into it since my cats have tried! Easy to clean, portion size is the same for both sides. The only thing is the set for meals. I wish it was a little easier to set. Other than that. A great product overall

It’s really nice to not have to get up ridiculously early to feed the cats or ask myself if I already fed them lunch. The set up and cleaning is annoying but not hard. The portions are in TBS so you have to do some math to figure out what amount to give the cats. It dispenses said amount on BOTH sides so don’t double it. Even though my cats see the food come out they’re convinced one is eating better than the other so putting the divider between the bowls has really helped keep them from trying to eat out of the same bowl.

I love this auto feeder! I purchased this feeder to provide nightly treats to my kitties while I am away, so the pet sitter only has to come by in the mornings. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that I could record my voice to call my cats, and they come running! I was also easily able to adjust the portion size and keep a sizable amount of treats in the hopper. The feeder lives on our cat tree because we have a Lab (they eat everything). It works perfectly, looks down tight (even Lab could not get in when on the floor), and very easy to clean.

I was looking for a reasonably priced auto feeder for my two kittens so we could work on them feeding throughout the day in small quantities. The double bowl is ideal so they each have a spot to eat when the food drops. The mic feature is not the best but I also didn’t buy it to use that anyways. Over all, it’s exactly what I was looking for.

It performs exactly as its supposed to. The voice recording you can make is not the best quality, but I dont think the cats care.

Bought this for my son’s 2 cats. He was able to program it to feed the cats twice/day so he doesn’t get woken up early in the morning. It dispenses the correct portions at the correct time.
