Sorry about pic showing debris on switch :( I usually dont write reviews on products I just started using...but going on short internet hiatus so... Yaays: The YoLink wall switch + app + LoRa connectivity makes for nice control setup (SW not very polished but the HW is nice). In my garage I have motion switch to turn on ceiling light, and I replaced toggle switch with YoLink wall switch. I bought $1.50 2-gang switch plate and used #6 screws (Ill paint white later). The YoLink switch sends power to 100W LED Barn Light (with Dusk to Dawn photocell) mounted atop the garage . I used to physically go to garage if I wanted to turn on/off. Now I can: > Disable the barn light from coming on (switch=OFF); > Enable the barn light to turn on (switch=ON) when sky is dark and off when sky is light (means it will light during daytime eclipses, super dark storm clouds, etc., not just dusk/dawn). > Manually turn on/off using button, using a remote, using YoLink app, using Alexa app or Siri-to-Alexa Shortcut). It works very nicely (when it works). Awws: A bit expensive (I think $20 is a better price point); The LED is a little cartoonish looking (but could add a overlay); It creaks so feels like thinnest plastics they could get away with. For garage or basement, OK. Dont want to put in my nice rooms. I did once get no connection to hub from phone but on retry it recovered (hopefully not a frequent occurance). Overall: Nice upgrade. There is possibility to use D2D and have light come on when triggered by some other switch.

I recently installed this light at the opposite end of my home from the hub, and the response time is excellent. I called customer service to figure out if the red LED light could be turned off, and a human answered the phone on the second ring. Excellent customer service. The only complaint is the bright red LED light that activates when the switch is off. I was able to pop off the front of the switch and cover the light with a small piece of black gorilla tape. Problem Solved. I will be first in line to buy when they come out with a dimmer light switch.

I use this switch to control an overhead heater in my garage . I really like it because the Yo-Link app allows smart interaction between various sensors and switches. I have the Yo-Link garage door sensor too and have the app programmed so when the garage door is opened more than 7 minutes it turns the heater off. Works flawlessly.

I decided to give the YoLink light switches a try after purchasing a Yolink hub and flood sensors a few months earlier. I needed to replace some much older motion sensor/light switch combos that only worked with incandescent bulbs. Of all the options I looked at, these were by far the best value and I liked the wide range of products that work together with the same hub and app. Initially I was looking at Zwave or Zigbee products but decided on YoLink after comparing prices and doing the math. Most of the YoLink devices can be paired together directly in addition to pairing with the hub, such that simple automations will still work if the Internet connection is down (e.g. activating a switch with a motion sensor or door sensor). On the downside, YoLinks communication protocol is proprietary and not compatible with APIs like OpenHAB. But so far the apps built-in automation features have been enough for my needs. The only other thing I would nitpick is that you cant configure the LED behavior on the switch itself, which some competing products allow. Alexa integration works great. The YoLink app keeps full history of switch state and allows configuring the switchs power-on state (recovery after power failure), which can be on, off, or last state. Device firmware upgrades are easy, though I would not recommend kicking off more than one or two at a time, as they all need to download from the hub. Overall Im pretty happy with this purchase as well as other products in YoLinks ecosystem.

Bought this to primarily operate outside lights to come on at dusk and off at dawn. Was easy to install, however, was not mentioned in instructions that it had to have a common wire connected. Only after it not working and searching internet did I find this requirement. The only other thing negative about the switch is that its meant to be used alone as a single switch. It is all plastic and there is no hole to attach a face plate to, except the one it comes with, which snaps in place. I wanted to use it in a double gang setup as shown in picture. There are holes in it which line up with the face plate, however, they are not threaded and too small for standard face plate screws

The Yolink uses LoRa connectivity which has been for me way more reliable than any of my WiFi connected devices. While I have not tested this switch over a quarter of a mile I do have another YoLink on my mailbox which is quite some distance from the house and it reliably notifies me when the mail shows up. I did have a problem with one of my switches which was quickly cleared up by the Yolink support as I had inadvertently miss wired a switch. The switch plays very easy with Alexia.

The manual switch feels cheap. The quality of the mechanical switch is poor when compared with other switch manufacturers. The smart or wifi part works. Great.

I bought these to use with Yolink motion sensors to control outdoor floods and coach lights. The installation was straightforward (although not easy to fit into the 3-gang box), but the floodlight switch would not connect. I thought it was defective, but decided to order another rather than sending it back. The replacement had the same issues, which I eventually resolved by cleaning up the wiring. As other reviewers have mentioned, the switches have rather loud red LEDs that I would prefer to turn off, but I can live with them.

Works great with the YoLink hub and even better when paired with a YoLink motion sensor. You can connect the sensor directly with the switch and lights turn on instantly. You will need to pigtail a neutral wire which is not included. And unfortunately no three-way control. Overall a great product though. Good customer support as well.

My third yolink device, super easy to setup and very reliable, love how wel it integrates with my Alexa. The Lora signal is superb And separate from the WiFi signal, I’m definitely moving all my automation to my Lora network and hope yolink will continue to create more devices.
