These switches are easy to setup but the body of the switch his bigger than conventional switches. You probably need a new bracket. They are well made and sturdy. I might a gang switch from another manufacturer and both switches broke within days. I wish they had a gang switch like this one. I’d buy it.

I needed something to help me turn the lights in my garage on and off. This switch integrated with my current Yolink setup very well. The switch was easy to install and works even easier.

Ive bought a lot of IoT widgets over the past few years. Rarely does one configure and work the first time. This is the exception-configuration of the hub, this switch, and a motion sensor was seamless, and I did not run into any issues. The YoLink app works great, but to really get the most out of it, control it using Routines from the Alexa app-from there you can have finer control of the operation of the devices. Want the light to only come on when the motion sensor triggers in the evening? Done! Want the light to automatically turn off after 15 minutes? Done! Want to shorten the on duration in the middle of the night? Done! Want to interoperate with other non-YoLink equipment? Done. I cant wait to build out the rest of my system with YoLink components. I didnt see this anywhere in the specs, but note that the switch fits a common Decorator-style switch plate, so you can integrate it physically with other standard switches.

Yolink switch + Yolink Humidity sensor = no more damaged mirrors in the bathroom due to water condensation.

It takes getting used to only 1 way switching on/off but super simple to add and works like a charm! Replaced a bad switch and now alexa controlled as well. I can access from my phone and all yolink product is very easy to use and run on the app. Connection time is very fast. I have to say this to all my product.

Works very well just like the other Yolink products that I have around the house. I like the timer feature in the app. I also like having the LED indicator light on the switch itself but I will agree with others that it is a little bright. Easy to use and to setup. Will be ordering more.

My third yolink device, super easy to setup and very reliable, love how wel it integrates with my Alexa. The Lora signal is superb And separate from the WiFi signal, I’m definitely moving all my automation to my Lora network and hope yolink will continue to create more devices.

Sorry about pic showing debris on switch :( I usually dont write reviews on products I just started using...but going on short internet hiatus so... Yaays: The YoLink wall switch + app + LoRa connectivity makes for nice control setup (SW not very polished but the HW is nice). In my garage I have motion switch to turn on ceiling light, and I replaced toggle switch with YoLink wall switch. I bought $1.50 2-gang switch plate and used #6 screws (Ill paint white later). The YoLink switch sends power to 100W LED Barn Light (with Dusk to Dawn photocell) mounted atop the garage . I used to physically go to garage if I wanted to turn on/off. Now I can: > Disable the barn light from coming on (switch=OFF); > Enable the barn light to turn on (switch=ON) when sky is dark and off when sky is light (means it will light during daytime eclipses, super dark storm clouds, etc., not just dusk/dawn). > Manually turn on/off using button, using a remote, using YoLink app, using Alexa app or Siri-to-Alexa Shortcut). It works very nicely (when it works). Awws: A bit expensive (I think $20 is a better price point); The LED is a little cartoonish looking (but could add a overlay); It creaks so feels like thinnest plastics they could get away with. For garage or basement, OK. Dont want to put in my nice rooms. I did once get no connection to hub from phone but on retry it recovered (hopefully not a frequent occurance). Overall: Nice upgrade. There is possibility to use D2D and have light come on when triggered by some other switch.

When paired with motion sensors (or manually /w smartphone), my switch is part of an electronic team to (among other things) light/darken zones as people/things move through. Exactly what I needed.

I really love the yolink ecosystem. they are super easy to add to the system, so i was excited to migrate from my zwave switch that controlled my outside garage lights to this system. Overall it works and does what it is designed to do, but i do have a few minor issues i hope they address in future light switches. 1) As most others have noted, the red LED light is sort of annoying. I have it in the garage so it isnt that big of a deal, but i would not want these throughout the house in main living areas. THe red indicator light when off is just very bright and annoying. I would rather it be a very small led indicator in the bottom corner. Or if you could change the LED maybe a different color would be better, and/or brightness level. if that was controllable. When on it is white which is fine. 2) The overall feel of the switch is not the best i have seen. Where you make the connection for the electrical, the screw is what bites into the copper to hold it in. It does make a very secure connection when tugging, but most other switches have molre of a plate that squeezes the cable on the inside. Again it seems to be ok but just something i noticed. 3) My switch came with the arrow facing down (opposite of the instructions which tell you to have it facing up). Support noted it was fine to install, but again just noting that it was not what the directions had. 4) THe switch housing is a little thicker than the other traditional switches, so i think my cover plate was not fully flush on the one side. i took a picture so you can see although it may be hard. Id rather it be designed more like a traditional switch and if needed be able to tear off the ears as some setups do require that. 5) I would have loved if this was an energy management capabilities to keep track of how much power, but not a deal breaker, especially at this price point. 6) The software does have sunrise/sunset scheduling, but i am hoping they include more advanced such as x minutes before and x minutes after to tweak my settings a little better for my needs. Again overall i like it and great price point but hopefully they address some of these in future models.
