I had bought this to store more games on the hard drive rather than overload my playstation. It worked fine for the first 11 months I had it. But it started to say corrupt data, was making weird noises, and couldnt be re-formatted

Ps4 wouldnt recognize it at first so i was going to return it, filled out info and everything to return, but before sending it back i thought id try one more time and its worked great ever since. Giving it 4 instead of 5 just for the undo stress it caused, lol

If your family plays games as much as my family, you will find out quickly that you have no where near the storage space for all the games you may want to play. Well the WD 3TB external hard drive for the Xbox One takes care of that problem quickly and easily. Just plug it into your Xbox One, follow the instructions and your memory problems are over! Great product that can do more than I mentioned here. Was it worth it for me? Absolutely!

While using this product for my PS4, the power went out and it erased the whole drive. All my games and saved data were gone. Total garbage. Luckily I had it backed up.
