If you have a play station 4 pro you can plug in the back of the unit. But if you have regular one like me just plug it in the front port.

Works perfectly as advertised. Just plug in to your ps4 console and format the drive, and your good to go!!

This review is for the PS4 HDD. This disk is very slow and games constantly freeze due to loading from the hard disk. Games that are huge like Assassins Creed Odyssey crashes on multiple occasions. Please do not buy this device instead spend a little more on SSD and have a smoother gaming experience overall.

35+ Games installed.. it works but the usb for is wayyy to sensitive if you breathe on the plug it gets disconnected

We have 2 external storage devices hooked up to our ps4. This one has a sleek design and I wish I would have bought it first. Its really easy to transfer you games to the device, because the PS4 detects it once its plugged in.

Love it and it makes my ps4 better.

WD is known for very long and reliable drive lifespan. Durable enclosure to protect against occasional drops & normal wear/tare. Everything I excpected from previous purchase.
