Was easy to set up. Works seamlessly along with your internal storage when plugged in. The only hit against it, is the slightest bump seems to disrupt it..but kinda how external storage drives are. So plug it in, and tuck it where it won’t be bothered. Overall it was a great purchase, which has allowed me to have more than just Modern Warfare installed lol. Highly recommended if you need an easy boost in storage space for your PS4! Hoping the format of this will carry over to the PS5. But that won’t affect my review, seeing as this is advertised just for the PS4 anyway. Which it works great for!

Very user friendly! Just plugged it in and it was ready to go! Gave exact instructions on what to do when we plugged it in and downloading games are a breeze! I would recommend it!

Bought it 5months ago and it’s still kicking. So far, it’s been a keepsake!

For whatever reason my ps4 stopped recognizing the external hard drive. Not worth your money. Just save up for something better to be honest. Ive officiallly stopped giving a duck about sony’s gaming console. Please do me up a solid & avoid buying useless products. Thank you.

Worked beautifully for 4 months on PS4 PRO now took a s#!+..first said didnt disconnect properly ,i just turn on & off like always, had to be repaired. Then that it couldnt be repaired had to format it. Over 100+ games i have to redownload?! Okay tried redownload first two..ok..next two it froze and said had to be repaired but couldnt had to format it..then cant format it device not fast enough..now stuck with hdd i cant use!

This storage is amazing but has saved my maxed out PS 4 .
